well Monday I wanted to go fishing so I loaded up the truck and off I went to cooks bay

just north of Bradford I ran into streamers, snow and wind, the roads were bad

passed a few cars in the ditch, but on ward young man

got to the lake the hut op was putting 2 huts on the edge of the ice

the wind was blowing so hard I couldn't see anyone on the ice and could barely see the to marker bouys at the end of 89

so I chickened out and went home

Tuesday was a bright new day and off I went again

there were people on the ice and so I found a good spot and set up camp

I got a bunch just jigging a little spoon with a berklys maggot on it

once you walk out to where most of the snow stops the ice is pretty good about 6" of black ice

I can't wait to do it again, next time with the skidoo

maybe virginia beach

GREAT Stuff Terry !!!

I never even thought... could have taken you with Leah and I yesterday and left you to fish all day on Temagami while we were at the funeral. We might have had trouble loading your frozen body back in the truck though.. as it was -22 to -27C throughout the day. lol
