4 years ago wife and I decided to move...there were things we both wanted in a house,lot, whatever. Found a lot, went to the builder, designed our house, got a price and had them build it. As they were building I built my garage out back...sweet deal if you can talk the builder into it. Anyway, house got built and there is plenty left for me to work on and increase value. Landscaping, finish basement...tons of stuff that doesn't make her feel like she is in a construction zone. Right now, builders in sault want to build and are offering decent prices. eithr way, you get what you pay for. If you get a fixer, you spend all your spare money on it, and your time. Interest rates are super low right now and you can add lots of value to a new house pretty cheaply. PM me if you want more details and thoughts I was also there every day watching them build it and when I didn't like something, I told them and they fixed it.

I don't get this ban stuff. The guy wasn't fishing, he was poaching. That is already illegal. The law says anything he was using to poach can be confiscated...take his van, and give a healthy fine. One or 2 fish over a limit on a long trip is one thing (yes, its still breaking the law), but a cooler full of fish is out and out poaching and deserves special treatment like a real criminal.

Primo has a nice camping spot with a beach, or you could stop at Carpenter, Ward is nice, decent specs, Lac Cherrie has specs and lakers Hubert is good but a bit further, White lake has lots of spots but you need a boat to get to them, Hilltop is good but as the name implies....

Corian, or the same stuff under a different trade name. Solid surface counter tops. Doesn't stain, you don't need to seal it If you scratch it you buff it out. Its softer than rock so when you or the kids set a glass on it you don't have to worry about chipping the glass. You can get any edge you want because they cut it with a router.
