Ijadug I don't believe the seller broke the law. Treaty rights trump game laws, even endangered species laws. The buyers broke the law by possesing. And they knew it was illegal. There is only a reason to sell illegal materials if there is a buyer. Nobody is going to harvest sturgeon eggs if they can't sell them and I know 2 guys that won't be buying them anymore Same as stolen tools and fishing equipment...if people buy it then other people will steal it

AS long as there is an unregulated comercial fishery there is no help for the lake. Just take the size and catch limits off of walleye and be done with it. There is no way that the recreational fishery is hurting the population compared to the comercial. When the comercial guys want to set realistic regulations, then set regulations for the recreational guys.

That was a good one on the 400 yesterday. I missed it by half an hour...luckily. It was a transport truck that caused it and them guys are usually the cause of these mishaps nowadays. I saw one running down the 427 in snow and talking on his cell phone.

Employees that are issued company vehicles are allowed to use them for personal use. The government calls it a taxable benefit and you are required to keep track of milage for personal and company use. You are taxed on your portion of the use.

I googled it...seems like you are allowed to use them when traveling slow...I don't like it, but its legal

Just read the law...they are for when you are Stopped

they are emergency flashers for when you are stopped on the side of the road...not warning flashers that you are scared to drive down the road

4 ways are for when you are stopped...not moving...nothing worse than coming up on a set of 4 ways and expecting them to be stopped and they are moving. people driving with 4 ways on should be charged

The way its written its pretty simple. he broke the law by keeping a second fish. "Well, its was a good one, maybe a record" doesn't wash. He was one fish over the limit and thats it. Non-resident poaching is what I read in this. Throw the book at him.
