Why not...I think its a great idea
-
I think lake simcoe should be designated as no access except for walking within 2 km...maybe Rice as well...lets get the remote factor back to southern Ontario where they come up with this crap
-
You guys are kidding right. All the threads and posts on here from us up north complaining that the MNR is closing off our road access to lakes to comfort the outfitters and flyin camps and this suprises you. The roads are closed to regular citizens...no motorized access. I can't quite figure that one out since you don't pedal a plane but whatever. You gotta pay big bucks to get to a lake because NOTO bought the MNR and a regular guy isn't allowed to use the lake. Think of it as a private resort that charges outrageous fees to access for no other reason than they want to line their pockets and your government thinks its a good idea. I think its because of the spring bear hunt cancellation...had to pay the outfitters to keep quiet and this is how they did it. privatize crown land with laws to keep residents out. And just remember...the police are everywhere to protect you.

No 1 rule, never invite them into your camp.

The pattern matches your shorts. Does she know you named yourself Musky Mike?

Yup. You don't even need a cover except for after dark. I live in the city and when I go out I just take the gun from my house, no case, and put it on the front seat. When I get back I take it in the house and lock it up. If I leave my truck I am supposed to toss a blanket over the gun and lock the doors. There is no law as I know against having a gun rack in the back window of your pickup and keeping the guns there as long as you put them out of sight and lock the truck when you park it. Everybody is scared to do that with all the silly misunderstood laws nowadays but its still legal. I don't know of any law stopping you from carrying a long gun down the street in the city as long as it isn't loaded.

No biggy...think about the crew of ironworkers that put the tower on top, and the crew that built the platform.

Give your head a shake...how bout they put a bullet in his leg so he knows what its like to get shot. My point is that HEALTH CANADA recomends limiting alcohol intake to no more that 2 drinks per day for safety reasons. Why should it then not be illegal to have more than 2 per day, you know, just to keep us safe from our own stupidity.
-
so you took the course on your own time for free, paid the course fees out of your own pocket...again..sugar coating
-
Sugar coat it all you want. Its still excessive consumption. I see no need to get drunk to see if a breathalyser works. You blow in it and it gives you a reading. 0 is as good a reading as .05 and a lot safer. The centre for forensic sciences still falls under the labour code and they got you impaired at work, therefore sanctioned by your employer.
-
Its not a controlled experiment. There were no doctors or scientists present. The results of the so called experiment are already known so there was no need to conduct it. You were drunk on the job and it was sanctioned by your employer. What would the ministry of labour say if I conducted an experiment on a construction site, even if it was sanctioned by management.
-
Thats rediculous. Health Canada states that it is dangerous to your health to have more than 2 drinks in a 24 hour period. You should be charged with public intoxication and your employer should be charged with endangering a worker.

Shoot out at Vaughn Mills shopping mall parking lot

Shouldn't be too hard to catch them as all the gun owners have PAL's and all the guns are registered. -
Central Ontario is devoid of life...move north

Thats Lew for ya

I went fishing today When some kid is on the corner begging for a buck, I generally toss them one. When some kid is begging for hockey equipment I sometimes toss them a buck. I am likely going fishing again tomorrow. Life is good.

The planets were aligned and the fish gods were with us that night. It all happened from 7 till 9 and then they shut down or moved on.

Hummed and hawwed about heading out the other night after work and finally went for it. We wouldn't normally keep so many but its been a long time since we brought home a meal. the Pike came first after not even 5 minutes trolling and then before we finished the first pass we had a double header. I think I may take another shot at them again tonight.

I had a whitefish bone stuck once...took 3 trips to Dr for him to finally get it out...good luk

Peterborough City Councillor caught with too many trout
Dara replied to Grimace's topic in General Discussion
No slot here. 1 over and 1 under 16" or some silly thing like that. Just what is the mortality for a laker released after being ripped out of 100' of water and dumped back in because its the wrong length. -

The government needs to put more into fishing so we don't have to deal with such crappy regs and limits. This lake trout limit of one under and one over is insane. I fish a lot of lakes where you will never get an over and an under...so you sit all day fishing for an under and releasing fish that will just die...makes more sense to just take 2 and be done -
Yep...they can search your boat without warrant or cause but they can't bust 3 drug dealers loading a van with 90 kg/18 million dollars in drugs...what a country

I moved last year and my new neighbor across the street owns MarMac lodge and White River Air...the old guy behind me used to fly for them and a lot of other airways...could be a neat new hood edited to add, there is no way I would miss the drive along Superior to save an hour on a gravel road through Sultan and Chapleau
-
400 to 69 Sudbury and then west to Sault on 17. 17 north to Wawa from the Sault. You don't want to miss the drive along Lake superior from the Sault to Wawa. Bring your regular Walleye gear but make sure you have a bunch of yellow jigs with it. Say Hi in the way through the Sault if you get a chance.

I carry a pair of leather work gloves for handling big eyes and pike. It makes it easier on you and the fish.
