Ditto for me. The galv trailer was a no brainer, don't look so nice at first but it'll far outlast a painted one.
If you can afford to sell I'd say upgrade.
Far to many people being lost to this nasty disease, hopefully someday they'll find better treatments and perhaps a cure for cancer.
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your friend Cliff.
Very generous of you Chessy.
If I didn't already have a drawer full of turkey feathers I would have gladly accepted some.
They're quite popular in many fly patterns.
To take it one step further HH I've never understood why they close fishing for browns, lakers and brookies after ice season, they all spawn in the fall. *also scratching head*
As I just mentioned in Doug's post Rob I be happy to help but the distance from Barrie to Hamilton is just a little too far considering the price of gas and or postal rates. The best option is to find someone close to home.
They are quite common and easy to find around flea markets.
I picked one up a few years ago for the wall above my rod building desk, hell it is still spooled with copper line.
Purchased for a grand total of $5.00.
Actually I've never had anyone ask to have their cork handles treated nor have a I done my own.
Using an outdoor weather preservative for wood seems logical though.
