  1. Oh I agree John, it would definitely seem to be a losing battle and once all the local manufacturing jobs are gone where else can you afford to shop? For my part I will never set foot in a Walmart store. I will ask however (rhetorically) what % of their inventory is American made?
  2. That's just too funny Brian. For the last week or more I've been sending my daughter at University a "song for the day," just to keep in touch with her. Yesterday it was a Neil Diamond tune, not because I'm a huge fan but because it reminds me of my father who liked Neil but unfortunately died a young man. I sent her this.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s6FfjlxZLTk&feature=related Rose also happens to be her mother's name.
  3. Don't the Great Lakes flow to the Atlantic.....
  4. You'll be okay Willis.
  5. I've heard those types of mornings called many things Rob, but fresh is a new one. Glad to see you had a decent day out.
  6. Atta Boy. We'll likely just give our boat keys to someone else and we can share beer(s) instead of music.
  7. LOL....and I can't listen to anything Country for more than 2 secs, vile stuff. If we share a boat Roy we'll leave the tunes on shore.
  8. Yes, it was Crappiesteve. He's been working as a guide up there for a few years now.
  9. Envelope is already addressed and stamped.
  10. That's too cold, hell my beer would freeze. But you go right ahead and have a great day Simon!
  11. Clay Pigeon.
  12. Hot damn, it was bound to happen eventually. Checking to see what the current temperature is in Hell.....
  13. I'm still waiting for a button that turns everything in cap locks to dust.....
  14. LOL, run backwards Joe, my ass would be the first thing I protect.
  15. Identify them....no. But in a dark alley I'd think they'd be the scared ones, look like a bunch of sissies.
  16. The biggest lakers I've ever caught all came through the ice on Simcoe, jigging spoons on a hand line that contained less than 200' of mono, heavy line mind you, no mercy once hooked. Oh the good ole days.
  17. We edit them, someone craps on us! We lock them, someone craps on us! We delete them, someone craps on us! We leave them and guess what, someone craps on us!
  18. Might have been a good shot today, sure does fell warm out there.
  19. Thanks for taking the time Norm, greatly appreciated.
  20. A good quick melt down of snow followed by some frigid temps is just what we need.
  21. That is indeed all that matters at the end of the day Geoff. Brrrrrr, you warmed up yet.
  22. Bologna, preferably garlic.
  23. I was going to post that as well. Puslinch is best avoided for fishing IMHO especially with young'ns. Little lake right beside it would be a safer bet or as JA mentioned, Shade's Mills or perhaps Valens.
  24. That Tarpon video is a joke. Honestly, who in their right mind would vote for that?
  25. Looks like a fine meal is about to be had.
