I would think you could fab something out of steel or aluminum sheet. Cut an oval hole (if pipe is exiting at an angle). Shouldn't be any heat issues if the sheet is large enough. I'd also go out the side as it should be an easier job to cut and fit. I use a stove (Kni Co) in my canvas tent which has a silicone pipe hole and never had probs even with the stove going red (rarely run it this hot though). Are you using 6" pipe ?

^^^ Can't agree with this more.

So very sorry to hear this news. My condolences to you and your families.

Not much else to add but go hi efficiency if you can ( is this a condition of the eco deal ?). We got ours a number of years ago and the gas bills dropped like a rock (yeah our old one had done it's job but still). The electrical bill should drop as well with the dc motor. Price difference between mid and hi was negligible in our case.

What's The Latest On The Mega Quarry? NF

The mere fact/ impression that they were stealthy in their land acquisition should be reason enough to kick their arse back home. I'd rather someone be upfront and tell me they want to rape the land vs slowly buying up things on a pretense. My guess would also be that this aggregate is going to China. -
now just saying , usually with my buds I would say 'pics or it's made up' j/k and btw, I think most guys here would kill to have a wife like yours...2 boats @ 2 shows ? dayum ! if my wife was at the show and saw I lusted for a boat that cost around + $20k she'd be laughing all the way to the exit

Are all the fishing boats usually clustered in one part of the centre or will I need to put on the walking shoes ? and on the off chance I win the lottery this weekend and buy a boat there (show special only for example), I presume I've got till the end of the show to haul it away ?

South River too far south from your trails ?

I think some fishermen in China still use cormorants to catch fish although how much is for table vs a show for tourists , I'm not sure. Regardless, another tradition that may very well be slowly dying.

once or twice a year is all I can handle or allow myself. great on summer nights though... -
GOOD GOD MAN !!! If this is how you normally roll, I'm supremely impressed Never thought I'd ever see office chairs in a hut but they definitely look better than benches or milk crates lol. Would love to see the truck in action with those tracks under it and hauling the 'office'.

If the results are from one test, wait till you have another after changing your diet. One of my tests showed elevated levels but after dropping soft drinks ( gonna miss Muskoka Ginger Ale) etc., next test showed normal levels and GP was relieved as was I. Diet can make a huge difference obviously and that alone *might* be able to keep you off meds. Brown rice isn't that bad I found, but it's gotta be short grain Good luck ps-bummer about the engine as well -
OT and kinda doesn't really need an answer since it's obvious I 'spose, but hospitals now allow laptops in rooms ? R u using a stick ? I know they don't really stress mobile devices anymore unless one is in certain wards. good luck and stop eyeing the nurses

Hopefully this is something they've seen before and that the course of action will have you out of there tout de suite ! Musky opener is still a few months away

Good excuse to get a gas auger dontcha think ? Hope the post op recovery goes smoothly and your ticker is 110% when season opener hits next spring !

I'm just observing from a chair but I think your friend has deeper issues that he needs to deal with. Keep an eye on him and make sure he's ok. Also, your boat, your rules, your ass.

I thought you were referring to the huge Asian supermarket lol. That turkey looks great and the dogs look like they were scoping out leftovers btw, that trifle looks enormous for one person or is the glass deceivingly large ?

Thanks for the post Gerritt and for reminding us to really take stock of what's important and what's superfluous. It's been a few years since my dad passed away and he was the glue that brought everyone together for the big dinner so he's always missed. I bet your son would never have gotten tired of hugs from his dad in spite of how uncool it may look to his friends. He also probably would be giving you a run for the money bringing fish to the boat. A very Merry Christmas to you this year and I hope 2012 smiles it's good fortunes upon all the members of this great community. Freddy

Would have been great to see his expression when all this was going down (literally ha ha). I also couldn't quite make out what he was yelling at the end when things slowed down...anyone able to decypher it ? Maytagging is a term used in whitewater paddling when a boat or paddler gets stuck in a reversal/souse hole/hydraulic, on the downstream side of a ledge or pour over, and can't get out. They end up going round and round, under water and up etc etc ad nauseum. We look for smiley holes (as seen from upstream) as it allows paddlers to work their way to the edge and out whereas if we see a frown, it's bad as the outside of the hole just feeds you back to the middle. Rinse and repeat. I give hydraulics the proper respect when paddling a line that skirts or goes through them as they're not fun and can be killers and have in fact taken lives.

One thing to consider as well if you need to pull down huge amounts of data, and this all depends on proximity, is to use your local library's access or any other place that has faster wifi (might cost a coffee or so). I have a friend who lives deep in nowhere land who makes the drive to Combermere if she needs to do any heavy lifting. yymv
