Lucas makes a great point when Brookies and Splake are both closed season fishies in Zone 13.. so if you had of caught that at the river mouth you'd be tatooed... but upstream or inland you're fortunately safe.

I'z gonna say Splake.

Happy Easter A man is driving along a highway and sees a rabbit jump out across the middle of the road. He swerves to avoid hitting it, but unfortunately the rabbit jumps right in front of the car. The driver, a sensitive man as well as an animal lover, pulls over and gets out to see what has become of the rabbit. Much to his dismay, the rabbit is the Easter Bunny, and he is DEAD. The driver feels so awful that he begins to cry. A beautiful blonde woman driving down the highway sees a man crying on the side of the road and pulls over. She steps out of the car and asks the man what's wrong. "I feel terrible,"! he explains, “I accidentally hit the Easter Bunny with my car and KILLED HIM." The blonde says, "Don't worry." She runs to her car and pulls out a spray can. She walks over to the limp, dead Easter Bunny , bends down, and sprays the contents onto him. The Easter Bunny jumps up, waves its paw at the two of them and hops off down the road. Ten feet away he stops, turns around and waves again, he hops down the road another 10 feet, turns and waves, hops another ten feet, turns and waves, and repeats this again and again and again and again, until he hops out of sight. The man is astonished. He runs over to the woman and demands, "What is in that can? What did you spray on the Easter Bunny ?" The woman turns the can around so that the man can read the label. (Are you ready for this?) (OK, here it is) It says, "Hair Spray Restores life to dead hair, and adds permanent wave."

With Jet A at over $2.50/litre and up 45% from last year... I don't imagine there's even a ounce lost in Lake Ontario. "Every airplane"... and we wonder how fear mongering starts. Aplumma has it summed up pretty good. Not much of the newer commercial fleet even has the capability to do so, such as all of West Jets 757's, the majority of Airbus 319's, 320's etc. The only airbus I know that can dump fuel is the A340. Possibly the A330... I'll ask my brother next time I see him, just before he heads for Kazakhstan to fly same. And also note, Steve.. the contamination has nothing to do with Jet fuel... it's a chemical found in the fire supressent foam that, allegedly, has caused this contamination.

What we really need is for the word filter to be programmed... so when it sees Bills Bait and Fishing World in the same thread, a big dead horse picture pops up when you click the thread link...

I'm really surprised Hells Angels don't pick it up for their Ontario strong hold. They already fly a helicopter up and down the Quebec shoreline to their place over there. -

So here we are 1.5 months later.. 2 more chemos down and hopefully only 2 more to go. Doctor threw a curve for us on Wednesday morning.. .was supposed to be a full week treatment right thru the Easter Weekend. Instead he changed it to just an overnight treatment so the last two will be full week ones instead of alternating. Jen's younger sister had a surprise spa night all planned for 8 or 9 gals on Thursday night.. so we picked her up in Cambridge Tuesday am after working our way past a closed 401 at Mavis Rd. Worked our way back from Cambridge via the 407 to get both girls to a "feel good - look good" seminar at Mount Sinai for 2pm on Tuesday. I got them there at 2:02. We had visits from family planned and spread out for the entire week, including a relay delivery of my 83 year old step father from Smiths Falls for Sunday as a surprise. Easter dinner for ourselves all planned for NEXT weekend. All out the window thanks to the Oncologist throwing the change up (and probably the hospital telling him they didn't want any OT for sarcoma nurses on the weekend). Advance notice would have been just swell ! We had some great comic relief though to help put all that behind us. My older brother, that has made it to every chemo start day thus far (while recovering from his own quint heart bypass), is now greatly upset that he won't be able to see Jen to the end and attend #10. He has his aviation medical back and he's accepted a Captains position in Kazakhstan (A330 airbus), starting May 16th. Here he is explaining to our daughter Kristal where exactly Kazakhstan is on the world map.... (11 time zones around the world) I think I mentioned it before... he's been challenging Jen to get to 100 lbs before Easter. She's currently 44.5 kg ~ 98lbs... but I gave her two 0.5 kg weights to put in her pockets when she stepped on the sarcoma unit scale for him! Above and beyond.. he got her a plaque. "One Hundred Pounds by Easter Challenge" I scrambled Geoff's plans as well. Thankfully he'd brought the eReader to work with him on Wednesday. Snuck over quickly during his lunch hour to present it to Jennifer. THANKS to all involved. Next chemo scheduled for May 9th. Full week. Good chance she'll fail her blood test and get bumped a week later, but we hope not or it will screw up some bridal shower plans. She just squeaked by on this weeks blood test, so there's a good chance she'll be too low on white cells on the 9th. Only time will tell, but hopefully things will stay on track for a tentative late June surgery date. Thanks for listening to my rambling.. -
I was gonna say TJ carries it to camp and back everytime he goes!
