  1. GREAT to see the success there SBK !!
  2. Ask yourself who else in your company reads forums and you may not have to make up your own mind! lol
  3. All I can tell you is that Mr. Ground Hog didn't get a chance to ask this morning... HEY.. is that thing registered...
  4. Not a grumble.. not a word on the board. Stand up right to the end. Glad to have known John and to have shared knowledge with him on the board and via PM. More importantly to me, to have been trusted to share in his private fight with him over the last few months as he offered Leah and I some words of wisdom while battling his own fight. Honoured and humbled at the same time. Fish On John !
  5. My idea is exactly what Lund does Al. Threaded rod hidden nicely inside a piece of black plastic tubing. I'll get a picture tomorrow if I remember.
  6. He must have really pissed his women off, to go that far off the grid! lol Great stuff Gerritt...
  7. Two (female thread) rod ends from Princess Auto for $6 each and a length of threaded rod and one jam nut... and of course an attach bracket for each motor.
  8. Have a GREAT day my friend ! Maybe JR will give you that birthday present you've been waiting for.. (for so many years! LOL)
  9. NO you fill out the change of owner info on the vessel licence and the new owner registers those numbers to himself. See.. http://www.ofncommunity.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=48041
  10. Seems lots do it.. but you'd get better response if you took the time to just post the advert in full here.
  11. Canada Eh !
  12. Well John.. he's been here for 2 years, so we'll let him use the classifieds starting today!! (LOL.. he now has 21 posts) Try it again now johnny13
  13. Sorry SRT.. but the issue is "possession". If you put two guys limits in one bucket and you're carrying the pail then you have too many fish in YOUR possession. Many have been nailed walking off Simcoe ice in that situation. "Party" fishing is simply a term for doing what he admitted he was doing. Attempting to fill 3 peoples limits by catching and keeping more than his own personal daily limit. I can't comprehend what anyone was able to prove wrong with that diagnosis, in accordance with Ontario Regs, in this situation.
  14. Train is.or was.. not in service !!! Derailment on the 12th and they were busing from North Bay to Cochrane! http://www.ottertooth.com/Temagami/News/11/derailment.htm
  15. Based on Louis (aniceguy) saying they tried to have a kids day.. I doubt Kraft is interested. They're doing the "goodwill" gesture to the CRAA to allow them onto their property and not interested in any other complications.
  16. As a corporation.. I'm surprised it's not actually an 18 year old limit. Otherwise if something happens without parental written authorization to participate Kraft could be sued if something happens.
  17. Lighter is not going to do anything.. a grease gun is capable of 3000 psi. Try pushing the check ball in with a scratch awl or screw driver. A light tap with a hammer may get it free.. but generally once a zert freezes up they're done and need to be replaced.
  18. I'm pretty sure the grease zert is just threaded into the spring loaded plate. Vise grips on the plate boss.. socket on the zert.. and remove it. Got to CTC and get a new one for a couple dollars. I would be cautious as to how good the bearings are.... considering the previous owner obviously wasn't taking care of things!
  19. He's a 6' 3" dutchman Brian! lol
  20. Sounds like the check ball is stuck in the grease zert...and it won't allow grease to go thru. Once it's working.. you fill the bearing buddies until the spring loaded plate comes back about half way. Do not bottom the spring. If you can rock the plate there is sufficient grease in the hub to maintain the postive pressure to keep water out.
  21. Sure glad my Doc doesn't do colonostopies that way...
  22. Check my camp when you go by.....
  23. Does hers do IFR Vance... as they'll need it tomorrow!! Temagami... 20 inches of ice still on lake! Cobalt... is that grass strip even still there or useable? Earlton.. be quicker to just drive to Cobalt in the first place. If you time it right.. just land on #11 and pull into the truck stop on the corner. Heck NF4Me... it's just a nice 4.5 hour Sunday drive !
  24. Our power distribution system couldn't handle the load if everyone had an electric car!
  25. My F150 seems to get it's best mileage at 118KPH. 11.2 l/100km.. at 88KPH it burns 13.3 l/100km (yep..there I posted publicly that I break the law in Ontario! )
