  1. Didn't we have this discussion last year... or was it someone else and I'm getting stupid?
  2. Nice TJ... hope to get in to visit this summer. Camp is well stocked with AV Gas and I plan to use it all up!
  3. yep.. and don't get to excited when that big lump sum ALL on one paycheck.. that now looks like more than two pays combined has the computer yanking tax off at the next higher tax bracket. Don't worry.. you'll get it back NEXT May ! ( I was always nice and broke them down into two for good employees.. PI TA fellas.. never)
  4. You've come a long way Richard!! The sunshine has come out and burned off your cloud of doubt!
  5. 9 months (and 10 days) since surgery. Check ups today with Oncologist and Surgical team. Blood and CAT scan still CLEAR ! The "magic cocktail" man.. Dr. Martin Blackstein - Head of Mount Sinai Oncology that took her under his wing.
  6. Ordered direct... it's the only sensible way if you want the entire system... and you'll see my stove in their gallery. Berts and Pursuit/Traxstech are interchangable. So if you see holders you like better from one or the other you can mix and match. This is what I did for backing plates.. worked well now for 5 summers heading for #6
  7. When we did our kitchen in 1995/96 Corian was a choice and, although I'm in the plastics business, I couldn't go with it as I found it too soft and easy to mark or cut with even a normal dinner knife. We went with Swanstone and it still looks like new 16 years+ later.
  8. Dishwasher.. for the cottage... they don't come any better than these two models!!
  9. Nothing wrong with it on the floor (at least there'd better not be.. lol), especially in a full bath as in my case. It's what it's designed for.. at least the Hardiebacker and Denshield is. 1/4 x 1/4 thinset between it and the subfloor and screwed every 8" min. Panels laid perpendicular to the subfloor layout and staggered
  10. Same here Glen... Glenlivet 18 last Saturday night brought me up from 8 ! lol $99.45 for a 26'r. Was fitting for our 30 years since grad night out last week, but wouldn't wanna buy that every week!
  11. If you're gonna use it late into the fall Bill... 10W30.. and any good quality engine oil will suffice. That is all the marina uses for every small engine in the yard. Gear case.. I use the Merc High Performance in mine, mainly because I have to put that in the Verado lower end and don't want two filler pumps going, but give thought to that kicker working hard if you happen to use it to troll for skis...Make sure you buy a high quality 90W lower unit oil.
  12. Good stuff Mike! Great way to start off the new season!
  13. Imagine a boat.. Joey's having a street hockey tourney in the laneway tomorrow! Wish I could join you Paul.. not in the cards with the current schedule!
  14. Now now Paul.. it won't do that. I pulled 18,000 lbs with my Sierra 1500, axle sitting on the stop rubbers. Collingwood to Penetang x 3 trips. I didn't make a 4th trip after cooking the brakes on a hill.....
  15. 5th wheel that size.. or any size for that matter belongs on an F250. Remember that trailer is 9000 lbs.. then add all your food and beer and it weighs even more!
  16. If he's right at 401 on Martin Grove Nick.. no need to get on the 427 period. 400.. 401 west and get off at Dixon Rd/ Martin Grove ramp onto Martin Grove. That time of morning I'd be tempted to get off the 400 at Finch.. go West across Finch.. crossing Islington, Kipling. Albion Rd and then left / South on Martin Grove and follow it down. Okay.. I woke up.. how to get to the funeral home.. not his house! Good luck!
  17. Make it up next year with a few jerry cans for the boat in the truck.. regularily!
  18. So who was the idiot that showed Revcan the reimbursement? No reason for it to have gone on your T4... or to have been mentioned at all Gord. I've taken gas receipts from key employees for 27 years.. wrote them a cheque for same and it goes thru the business as a vehicle fuel expense (as a 100% deduction) against the P & L. There is no reason to show it as an employee benefit if you were travelling strictly on business. Now a company vehicles value, used for personal use as well.. that's another story, but painless as well when under 10% personal usage.
  19. Bobby Bray.. I understand your finger biting on the bill ! LOL Let use know what it cost for a sheet... others are always looking for it.
  20. Who brought the wood in for you Jason?
  21. Trim can only be one of two things (or both I guess).. either the seal on the piston is leaking by from side to side, or a check valve is gone in the trim pump.
  22. Was wondering what that battery was for!!! I can drop it off to you tomorrow if you want... I'm going to Toronto early afternoon.
  23. I figure the marina will be $2 a litre this year... boat will make just as many trips to the pump as it needs to, to fully enjoy the summer! I figure since I didn't get to do so at all last year.. means fuel is really only $1 / litre this year if I average it out!
  24. You're getting smart Jon! I downrig, and flat line, on the electric when I can !
  25. Well I put $168 in my truck today. Thought nothing of it as the drive that fuel is gonna take me on, to meet up with my old school buddies to celebrate 30 years since grad this Saturday.... will be priceless!
