You should pick up some spinners. Some panther martins or mepps sizes 1-3. I cast them a little upstream and retrieve them.....speed of the retrieve depends on how deep i am fishing and how aggressive the fish are. so what exactly happened/? was somebody fishing for steelhead and catching bass accidentally or some people were being stupid and catching bass out of season and filming it?

Only show on tv where a host is actually more focused on catching a fish then promoting something. He is no world class but some of his shows are just awesome.

Bass can not resist them especially on rivers with a little bit of current. I have few silver ones (one with the purple part in the middle works the best) i find that the silver ones out fish the gold ones for some reason....good luck!
