Most fish "stage" in numbers prior to spawning.... Maybe he found a late winter staging area...

To add more info The cruise also doesn't work at night...

So My left turn signal doesn't work at *NIGHT* anymore... Instead if blinking it stays lit... It's a 2005 F-150 FX4 Everything works fine during daylight... And if I turn my lights off (dim) after dark everything works fine... My 4 ways also do not blink after dark... But are fine during daylight.... I haven't done any work to the truck recently.... It just stopped working at night about 2 weeks ago... Any thoughts...???

Really??? That's 10 mpg more then the consumption numbers listed online.... And I'm giving benifit of the doubt that you have 2wd.... Thats almost double what my F-150 gets on average....

4x4 and BF all terrains get me through pretty well anything... Only time I got stuck... The snow was up to the hood of my F-150...

I also wouldn't worry about the noise of the motor... Unless it bothers you... Cause fish generally don't care.... I have a walleye spot I fish that's only about 3 feet deep... Trolled it with my old 2 stroke and always got fish.... Tried an electric motor without any noticeable difference in fish caught....

I just put my phone and wallet in Tupperware when I'm in my boat....

They test in billiards.... I wouldn't exactly call playing pool a sport....

I hang my lures in the boat at the end of the day... The 10-15 minute drive home dries em off pretty well.... Then they go in the box..

Worth every penny tho... You might be able to pic up a mid range map chip from someone looking to upgrade....

I have the 597 ci hd di and love it... All pros Only con is it doesn't give the right depth when ice fishing... I have to set the lower limit... Not a big deal... Once set the sonar itself looks the same

I've shared plenty of my spots... But I still have some that are family only spots... Also... I had a local guy out one time... I took him to 20+ walleye spots that day....we caught plenty of fish... 2 weeks later he called me up admitting that he tried to find the spots and the ones he found he tried to fish... He didn't catch a thing... So just because someone finds a spot from another angler... That doesn't mean they will be as successful there....

I've started talking to big companies in my area that are known for making donations to events/organizations in the area... I got very positive feedback and direction from one business detailing what they want to see to get their support... So now its time to do my leg work and get what they're asking for... Thanks a lot to all of you that provided information.... It was an eye opener...

It's a different animal over here... Lots of fish and some big ones too... I know a few that have broke 40lbs and 1 guy that broke 50lbs.... Also... 2 years ago someone had a 90+fish day.... The biggest challenge is finding them... In small lakes in UK you know they are close... Here... The closest carp may be miles away and you don't know... But that's part if the fun... And before anyone says 40lbs is a record and I'm lying... I'm sure a lot of other carpers will confirm the record is broken multiple times every year... Just nobody wants to kill the fish to get the record... ...
