Is this the correct way of using a baitmaker?

Have anyone ever seen the lady at Angling Outfitters (Concord) use this? She averages 1 bag a second! Super fast!! -
georgian bay islands national Park camping?
alexmedic replied to bow slayer's topic in General Discussion
I would personally drive a little farther and launch from Pete's Point at Massasauga Provincial Park. Some of the remote sights are stunning and not expensive at all to stay on. Plus the price of a site also includes your launch and parking. Great bass fishing anywhere from shore, especially in the evening on top water! -
Bass Pro XPS Charger - Looking for Opinions

It looks like the Guest is only a 2 bank, and I need 3. Too bad, it seems highly rated. I'll be sure to give a BPS charger review in a month or two. Thanks for all the input! -

Is the unit quiet? Not too worried if it isn't, the boat sits in my garage when not out on it. Just curious... -
Bass Pro XPS Charger - Looking for Opinions

I have to agree. The Nautilus charger was a real let down for me. 3 chargers in a 2 month window is just not right. I always thought it seemed like it was working too hard each time I plugged one in. Where can I buy a guest in the GTA? Their website comes up for nothing in my area? -
After going through 3 Nautilus 3 banks chargers from CTC in the last 2 months, I decided to get my money back and plan on buying the one on sale at Bass Pro. http://www.basspro.com/Bass-Pro-Shops-XPS-Intelligent-Technology-Series-OnBoard-Marine-Battery-Charger-XPS-iT-5/5/5/product/10224685/ Anyone ever use one? The reviews look good, but it's always nice to see some reviews closer to home!

Head to the mouth of Kemp (90-100ft) and don't be afraid to let your cannonball bump the bottom now and then for lakers. Whities are out in the same area as well, but really hard to catch this time of year. If you have a calm day, you can can try jigging for them.

If that's the case, this may be more up your alley: http://www.basspro.com/Umbrella-Drop-Fish-Net/product/15950/

Awesome. But no poutine??

Definitely a close call. I figured by now the roe is somewhere out in Georgian Bay! A few seasons ago, I recieved this as a Father's Day gift: http://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/36466?feat=sr&term=wading%20staff I never really used it until yesterday, but man I was glad to have it. BPS makes their own version now. Much cheaper, but I could not comment on the quality ..

A friend of mine recommended whole cloves. I tried it this year in my boat. Guess I will have to wait and see.....

It is amazing what one step can mean. Today while fishing the notty, I quickly learned that 1 step in muddy waters can make the thigh high water, become chest high! After i caught myself and quickly waded to shallower water, I watched two full roe containers drift down the river. So if anyone comes across a container full of rainbow roe or a container full of salmon roe - enjoy! Unfortunately my secret added touch to each sac is now out there for discovery But on the bright side, I'm still alive. Be careful out there, the undercurrent is crazy right now!

Come fall, through a dew worm on a hook in, you'll be surprised. Also, be mindfull of how you approach the river, being stealth reaqlly does help. My 2 cents

I bought from reel flies and they messed up my order. It was a $6 container that I paid extra for and did not get. Here is the email reply I got from them when I inquired about it: "you should have got a free compartment box. It is not fancy but is provided to help protect your flies in transit. Please make reference to tis email when you next order and we will make sure that it is included. I will also make sure you get a couple of FREE flies for the inconvenience. Just a simple packing error". Fair enough I guess, but kinda forces me to buy from them again to see the $6 loss.....

Not to my knowledge. Usually most roe is pretty distinctive looking (Rainbow from Salmon at least). I have read that if you milk roe from a fish (which is highly debatable for the well being of the fish) , it does count against your total caught.

I have heard of sucker roe for specs, but have never tried it...

Do you find it beneficial? (smell etc..) Or is it just easier to do?
