  1. Great report Rich-congrats & good to see the young fella had a blast.
  2. Very nice bass-congrats.
  3. That's good ol' yellow grub-harmless when the fish is cooked properly and vey easy to "pop" out of the fillets with the tip of your knife. You missed out on some tasty dinner there; I'd be willing to bet it's tought to find a perch anywhere in central/southern Ont that doesn't have any yellow grub at this time of year.
  4. The big hooks are fine; I quite often rig them Texas style on a 3/O wide-gap with no extra weight.
  5. nice torpedo-it's always good to get out there
  6. good fishing-too bad 'bout the gear

  9. dam-it-can't help you there-sorry..
  10. That little bit extra speed you get at wot costs you a lot of fuel efficiency; I don't keep it at wot for long-just to get that feeling of top speed, then it's back down to 3/4-7/8.

  16. I was just going to suggest that area. If you don't get carp, there are loads of bullheads in there too.
  17. those are some great fish for an urban setting-how more urban can you get than TO?

  23. I have a buddy I grew up with who has a place on Rosseau-great pike lake. I see from your site you guide on 12 Mile-that's "home water" for me.
  24. Great pics-thanks for sharing.
  25. Maybe it's the quietness of having a 4-stroke that makes the hum seem loud...
