  1. Maybe that is better than the 'Ghost Pain' that some amputees feel. Even though the legs are no longer there, and the way the human nervous system is set up, some folks feel 'pain' from their former legs. I spent many years teaching CPR and also as an Instructor Trainer. Lot's of jokes and quips came from those classes. But your story makes sense. We had some manikins that were hooked for mock breathing and a pulse ... you shoulda seen their reaction to that.
  2. I found the same thing - even after downloading ieSpell. Clicking the ABC with the check mark in the posting window does not detect ieSpell and asks me click OK to go to the download page again. However, using the Tools option on the IE 7 tool bar and clicking ieSpell ... that will spell check my post. Interesting.
  3. Now that is sweet !!! You mods keep coming up with the best for us.
  4. Courious too. Under the avatars, I see the dreaded RED X and Group ICON. Forget what was in that space.
  5. Drop a PM to a mod and include your old post count ... or at least a rough idea on what it was. That's what we did when we switched to the new board. Should be able to take care of it for ya.
  6. Me thinks that wen u ad a repli, thar iz a eye con with a chek-mark and ABC at the top of the repli box. I clik it and it sez ieSpell not detectid - clik OK for download site. eye must bee missin it two.
  7. That truely is great news and glad to hear he's one his way. Someday, hopefully soon, they'll all come home once and for all. We share your joy and excitement.
  8. Welcome aboard Andrea. Being new to fishing ... you came to the right place.
  9. Mine too .... Off to the side we go.
  10. Now that's LIVE reporting. "Watch me drive over the ice. Kinds ... do not try this at home"
  11. Very, Very nicely done. The recipient will appreciate and treasure the gift.
  12. Looks like a good time and that's a great shot out across the ice. Love those scenery shots and you captured the moment very nicely. Glad to see some folks are finally able to get out for some hard-water action. You got all that gear tested out. The next time, you'll fill that little white bucket.
  13. For me, once they have been cut or ripped enough, off the hook and into my pocket for proper disposal.
  14. Idiot ..... I didn't make it past the second one. I'll bulk up and give it another try later on.
  15. I can't imagine cleaning 100 fish ... take me dang near the entire afternoon, but I'll bet they're mighty tasty. Sounds like a load of fun though.
  16. I see it ... a few containers of ANTIFREEZE lyin there.
  17. Mmmmmm possum soup and hog jawls. It's all yours Clampet - enjoy ! Hey Clampet - looks like you reached GUIDE status with this one. Congratulations !
  18. We now have two dogs. Our Airdale, pictured on my avitar, will be 7 years old this summer. She has participated on all of our fishing trips, and loves it, She's my fishing partner. Have to be careful when we get a fish on though as she hangs out over the edge of the boat, along with everone else. She has gone in the drink a time or two. The other is a yellow Lab my wife got last year. With a couple trips under her belt, she also loves the boat and waiting for the fish to be caught. Sometimes we disappoint them. Both do extremely well in the boat and they'll be making all our future trips as well. Our selection of Lodges is somewhat limited as not many accept pets, so we end up back at the same places year after year.
  19. That's great ! Congratulations.
  20. Crossing today off the calendar and counting the number of daya left until my next fishing trip. I am thinking that is somewhere around the third week in June. Must be something special going on. Reading Posts. Waiting for the local outdoor/sports shows to come around. You know .... nothing of importance.
  21. Works when copying from those other sites. I think I have a headache now .... get it to STOP !!!!
  22. Current exchange rate is about 1.18. US 178.00 would equate to about 210.04 Canadian. Of course, I doubt you would get the full 1.18 on the dollar.
  23. Hey Nip .... Shhhhhh. That was just an excuse !!!! Probably get one of little plastic boxes and throw in some jigs. I got a bunch of them things lying around.
  24. Hey Rick ... any special reason to 'NOT' buy gas at the station on 69 and 64 ... or don't you wanna say on here ? Stopped there a coupla times, but since my current stays are closer to Noelville ... I've been gassin' up in town.
  25. Welcome aboard Frank. Good to see folks checking us out - then joining in. Great to have ya and looking forward to your hard-water report.
