  2. If they're guilty, a quick death would be to good for them! Why we feed and house people that kill children is beyond me...
  3. First of all, if you can get in to see Jocelyn at Angling Outfitters in Woodstock he'll teach you everything you need to know about the Lowrance! There 3 settings you need to adjust regularly depending on water depth and what you want to see. With the Sonar page active..push MENU SONAR FEATURES On this page you have Noise Rejection, this should read Sonar cone angle, cause thats what it changes, if its set to HIGH, you are using the widest possible beam angle, seeing way more of the bottom than you need to likely, if its set to OFF, its the narrowest beam. If mine is on LOW or MEDIUM I usually see my Balls!LOL SURFACE CLARITY has alot to do with marking fish, I find if i'm on Lake Ontario Salmon fishing I have it OFF to get good readings on fish/bait. And of course you need to adjust the sensitivity... MENU SENSITIVITY Hope this helps!

  11. Thanks Lew! I shoulda put something up, but I've been sleeping since Saturday The Odyssey attendance was down a bit from 2007, but everyone had a good time and we made some money that will go towards MNR Muskie conservation and research. We had about 15 new members join!
  12. The 2009 Muskie Odyssey was a another success! Thanks to all the vendors, donars, and attendees who made it possible to continue to support great Muskie conservation projects!
  13. Take it to a marina/boat dealer!
  14. A decent high speed reel, good for jerkbaits and burning bucktails. Many anglers have had them fail from the abuse of using them with large Muskie lures. I have heard Abu is excellent when it comes to repairing/replacing them.

  21. Ahh, John, thats a shame. John is a new Hamilton Chapter member and was a great help in getting lures for our HUGE raffle table! Thats a nice offer, 2 tickets will cost you $40 at the door...
  22. We aren't publishing a speaker schedual, but I'll let you know the rough order, begining at 9am, Larry Ramsell, Aaron Shirely, MNR Biologists, Bob Meshikomer. The speakers will be finished by 4pm-ish
  23. I really don't see any reason to keep a Muskie! If you want a mount, get a replica. A 42" fish was kept and cleaned by somone at our Trailer park 2 years ago, apparently it was so full of worms the guy dumped it!
