  1. The Pirahnamax is a really poor unit, but i suppose the price is right. The lowrance x-4 is really reasonably priced and works very well.
  2. Stocking foot with felt soles, and maybe spikes depending on how treacherous of water you fish. And the shimano sahara is an excellent reel for under 100 bucks
  3. That's some excellent fishing! I can see why it has become a tradition for you and the boys
  4. Beautiful, enjoy your spring while the blackflies are still asleep
  5. Kiiiiipawa

  9. Very cool report...who fudged up the stringer?? Haha
  10. Awesome! How do you prefer to prepare them for freezing?
  11. I'm not telling
  12. Here's a rezzy brown of comparable size to compare.
  13. Yeah, those are 100% atlantic smolts. The first one clearly has the red spots characteristic of a young atlantic. Resident brownies typically have many black spots on their side and yellowing on their underbelly
  14. Oh no, the vertical hold! Don't let the centerpin warriors see!! Awesome post, especially love that resident brown shot!
  15. Ya that's fun! Lots of great speckle water a lot of closer to TO than some people might think Pictures 5 and 7 appear to be atlantic smolts?
  16. What non-alcoholic beer?
  17. Nice bow! Lots of places to find them around here and you can get them much bigger than that even...how did you cook it? I'm drooling over here
  18. Good to know!! Lol they weren't in a typical spot and were much bigger than the small ones growing down by the ravine
  19. Still a little young around here...Wednesday/Thursday should be prime pickins'
  20. I wouldn't eat those Simcoe pigs either, but they sure look fun to catch.
  21. Definitely back to back uni knot
  22. Yeah, phones tend to work great for that kind of stuff
  23. Great looking pup. I've also never heard of the breed but I like the looks of that cute little guy
  24. Laker lake opened up around here on Monday/Tuesday...spent yesterday trolling the ice line with no luck...good to finally be back on the softwater though!
