With this warm weather and some rain in the forcast it shouldnt be too long before the tribs start to soften up. Watch out for really high water levels and changes in the river that you arent used to (if wading an area you think you know well)

Id say go with a good two peice, simple reason is for travel. Its too much of a hassle to transport something that is 7 feet long, and you're much more likely to bust in tin a car door.

I think the only solution is for everyone who cares to pick up some garbage when they go out. We will never get through to the people that leave their junk behind, so all we can do is suck it up and help out.

That welcome song scared the crap out of me the first time it came on! Had my speakers WAY up because I had just been watching a DVD, all the sudden the welcome song is blasting throughtout my house...

both my grandfathers, although they both refuse to fish. My grandfather on my moms side comes steelheadin with me all the time even though he won't fish. Bobby Orr, I geuss its a hockey player thing, anyone who has ever played the game looks up to Orr.

I dont click on ANYTHING that pops up on my screen, whether it says WINDOWS update or not. Last time I clicked on a windows update it caused major problems. I leave the computer updates to the momma bear. -

As soon as some fishable water is open Im in the tribs (below the tracks of course). I stand on the ice for weeks fishin open water before it all thaws

Seems to me like the bog was a complete bust this softwater and hardwater season. Looks like overfishing to me, the bog has more reports up on the board than any other lake, add to that WAY too many tournaments and you notice theres no more fish...

Ive fished Baptiste a few times, and believe me when I say theres freakin TONS of pike in it. Also got into quite a few smallies and small musky, but didnt see any pickeral.
