  1. Gbay is a lot closer then LSC and I guarantee it's got bigger pike
  2. That's not a bad price at all for a Group 31.
  3. I didn't know St.Clair was known for it's pike fishery.
  4. I could use those on the Saugeen
  5. I wonder how the sound of shotgun blasts carry over open water?
  6. Lots of buzzing out on Gbay yesterday, but no bug bites.
  7. Costco has a great return policy. I think a few guys here run the Kirkland batteries.
  8. Great day out on Gbay for pike! Wish that mid 40incher didn't come unbuttoned at the boat!

    1. AKRISONER

      AKRISONER

      tears...i feel you bro

  9. I saw some monsters on Gbay yesterday while pike fishing. Getting ready to do their thing.
  10. The shop should have insurance to cover that.
  11. If I run my batteries down low enough that the main won't start, there's always enough juice to start the kicker and charge the battery that way. I've had to do that a few times.
  12. Awesome! I love those little gems. If you're releasing make sure to pinch the barbs
  13. If I had a 100k glitter boat I'd probably have every option imaginable, lol.
  14. Any electronics should be hooked up to a main power 'kill switch' to avoid exactly this.
  15. I never have the cranking battery on a charger (The motor takes care of it)
  16. Terry, check out the Guest chargers.
  17. Line definitely isn't going to help someone that isn't paying attention
  18. Problem with Cat5e is that the connections aren't watertight. I dunno if I'd want them on a boat.
  19. I run braid with heavy mono leaders (Usually 30lb or so)... I fish a lot of topwater during the season (pike, bass, etc). Not a huge fan of mono as a mainline for that type of fishing. I realize why some guys like it, but it's not for me.
  20. Proprietary. Looks like a old BNC network cable.
  21. Battery. Doesn't matter what the charger says.
  22. Your spot lock will work just fine, use the iPilot link remote. Once you get the ethernet cable, you can then control the Terrova from the 'bird.
