Dude, you used the word INVENTED.. A lawyer isn't going to do anything but take a big fat retainer. There hasn't been any sort of damage done here. HR needs to contact the person that the info was sent to in error and request it back or proof that it was destroyed. If I run my batteries down low enough that the main won't start, there's always enough juice to start the kicker and charge the battery that way. I've had to do that a few times.
