Thats a 3 hour drive on a weekday night.

let the leafs or any other canadian team play them in the playoffs and we will need those seats back so that we can travel and watch

keep changing your approach until you find something/anything that works gents...the fishing is definitely tougher right now as the temperatures swing wildly and the days remain ultra clear and bright.

weird time of year as well in that area, a few really cold nights has changed the fishing entirely within the last 3 weeks. Labor day the lake was absolutely on fire the fish were almost on shore and smashing everything up tight, and this past weekend the same kind of spots were absolutely barren. I had to move out into deep water on sunken islands and slow everything right down. The drop shot bite was actually pretty decent. The walleye fishing right now is gonna be really tough as the fish are moving out of summer into their fall pattern that will hold until december. I was fishing water that was 60 this past weekend!!! brrrrrrrr

do us all a favour and move the team to an actual town that enjoys hockey. What a disgrace to canadian hockey.

Darwinism is real my friends, all the best to your family, but what is more natural than mother nature taking the people that dont flee out. Its like guys standing under a tree on a golf course with their golf clubs waiting for a severe thunderstorm to "pass" so that they dont lose out on their round of golf... Or people that wont stop fishing (my good friend) when a storm is rolling in hot and heavy because the bite is on....no ish sherlock! he almost got me killed one time, i almost killed him immediately after.

i cant be bothered to river fish in a crowd id rather spend my time doing something else. Last week the homies wanted to fish norval...wading surrounded by bramptonites netting big chubs to take home for dinner is not worth it. Snuck out to a more secluded spot and it was just us three with no one around, and plenty of juveniles, a much much better time.

I was out last night, my buddys were catching small bows on their floats but it was a challenge to get them to take a fly. they were nipping but wouldnt commit. the spot seems very promising for salmon once they really start running.

that dink in PAB has been gouging gas prices for years though so its not really fair. the guy thinks he can basically charge marina prices just because he is in PAB...how in the hell he gets away with it is beyond me. I try my best to not fill up with him, i definitely never fill my truck there but the sleds and my boat to fall victim to that tax evading american dink...
