  1. You've been in the med cabinet at work again haven't you?
  2. Talk about a bow eye...
  3. Good eye there Wayne!
  4. An update via email from Pikeslayer: Sean's condition remains much the same. Although still critical, he is stable enough that they have scheduled some neurological tests for a better look at what's 'going on' upstairs. We still remain positive and determined that Sean will pull through this. So here's some good news!! You can send Sean your best wishes and prayers directly via email and delivered to his bedside. We will read every one to him. Here is the link (thanks to Cliff & Sue); http://www4.albertahealthservices.ca/wellwishes/ Be sure to select Royal Alexandra Hospital in the location drop down menu. Sean's room number is ICU-18. Feel free to pass this information along. Many thanks to everyone,
  5. That is blaming the victim for the crime perpetrated against them. Similar to saying that this person wouldn't have been assaulted if the dress being worn was more modest. Anyway back to the original purpose of this post, I am glad that I have done what needed to be done in order to protect myself from further harm.
  6. I just found out that my CC was compromised, besides changing the card number and passwords, is there anything else I need to do/be aware of?
  7. Garry, You may want to stop by on your trek back from AZ, I have the perfect blade for doing what you are doing. It is called a triple chip. As well, if you are going to do a lot of repeated angle cuts, consider going to your local pawn shop and picking up a chop saw, (sliding compound miter may be the best)

Just finished plowing my and my neighbors driveways, about 15 cm and it is still coming. Joys of country living.
  9. Cistern is the safest IMHO because the water can be trucked in city water, rather than well water that may change from time to time. Unless you have a high replenish rate well and a reverse osmosis purification system then a well can be better than a cistern.
  10. Cistern is the safest, IMHO. Heating, wood backup is nice, but a lot of work. As to living in the "country, I would not have it any other way right now.
  11. Check this CBC report as well. http://www.cbc.ca/marketplace/episodes/2012/11/whentherepairmanknocks2.html
  12. check the drive sprocket, and chain tension. Sounds like the chain is jumping the gear teeth.
  13. Does the stock automatically update, so if you have it it is displayed? And if it is sold, it is not displayed? I was looking for the spinnerbaits and could not find any. I guess Mercman bought you out..
  14. "Hold my beer and watch this...."
  15. I heat a ~2400 square foot living space home with a combo of wood and oil. I usually burn 1.5 tanks of oil a year. About $1500 that includes domestic hot water and I have some very poor windows that are being replaced within the month. Mind you I keep the temp set around 60 - 63 degrees, so that helps as well.
  16. A Ford Meteor, or a space meteor?
  17. I.d like to, but can't afford the cost of rescue. "tis in good fun.
  18. No; they are probably grieving. Not everyone is faultless, myself included.
  19. By coiling it up and using 3 zip-ties to hold the coil. I don't think it can be done without causing problems with the readings.
  20. That, THAT is what I think!
  21. You are correct, the barks are similar, and the small sucker branch at the bottom of the bole is a good clue.
  22. I think....nope, still got nuthin'
  23. I,... I've got nothing to contribute. Enjoying the discussion though.
