  1. Sounds like the crappy Sierra is the workhorse and the 150 is more or less Boar Hog titties...
  2. Canada is well known for being... > > > > > > > > > > > the country directly north of the U.S.!
  3. I won't bother to tell y'all what temp it is here ... but just think about Daffodils blooming and short sleeves and you'll be real close!
  4. I'm not sure what you did wrong with the vid TG, but I am sure Ernie Eagle is a heckuva fisherman... his life depends on it!
  5. Now you can turn yer Bobcat pin rightside up!
  6. I can get Ol' Yeller to go every once in a while, she's such a magnet! She always catches the first fish, and sometimes is nice enough to stop fishin' 'til I catch up! Here we are on our Honeymoon, I think she had me like 3-0 before I caught my first fish... and she was actually nice enough to let me catch the most fish that day! Redfish, Sheepshead (saltwater, and a Black Drum that liked to have pulled Ol' Yellers shoulders out og the sockets! Here she is again with the first fish of the day as usual. She is a "fairweather" fisher person, won't go if it's too hot and won't go ice fishin... but when she does go... look out!!!
  7. I feel a whack of Temagami scenery pics coming on!!!
  8. That sounds a little chilly for the Banana Belt Lew!
  9. Save yourself a bunch of money and get a bimini top, and install it yourself.. about $300 for a good one!

  12. Yup! Until they realized they could save thousands of $ on thier dental bills by beating it with a stick.
  13. You could do it the old fashioned way and beat the pee-dadlin'-pee-yiss out of it with a stick...
  14. My shaft has been highly durable and has taken alot of abuse!!!... the one on my trolling motor too!!!
  15. Thanks again for the concern folks. Just minimal damage around my area, a few trees down. 90% of the deadly stuff hit L.A. (Lower Alabama).. less than 100 miles from the Gulf coast, the other 10% was just west of Montgomery (still 100 miles away from me). I've been thru several Hurricanes before too Lew, and 1 tornado (a small F1 or 2) and the shear raw power of the tornado is both frightening and amazing, and over shadows the hurricanes.

  17. Sorry I'm late, but Happy Birthday Joe!!!
  18. I'm ok I'm ok! Thanks for the concern and askin'!!!... Ya gotta love the OFC family!
  19. Hey Rich, I have the BassPro XPS and can help you with part of your inquiry. The type PFD is as follows: Type 1 is offshore rated rather bulky and designed for long exposure time and to keep the victims face out of the water should they become unconsious. It is the best! Type 11 is for closer to land and will keep the victims face out of the water should they become unconsious. It is the second best and is what the XPS is rated. Type 111 is your normal fishing/boating type PFD vest and is not designed to keep the victims face out of the water. IV and V aren't as good as 111. I'm unsure about the inflation rates, and these PFDs should only have to be re-armed after they have been inflated as they work off of a CO2 cartridge that shouldn't go bad. I haven't discharged or re-armed mine so I don't know how difficult that is.
  20. Great pics and report!!!...so it's still winter up there eh?
