Hey Crab!... do you fog your cylinders on that 4 stroke?... just curious... in case I should ever be up north in the freezing ass winter.
-
It doesn't take much to giva a Canadian one of those eh! You did good on the Bass!... it looks like it's been a long hot summer for him and he hasn't felt like eating much, they should fatten up over the next 3 months though.... what was the surface temp of the lakes? I know the Colorado River has some cooler water running through the main channel, maybe you could find some chunkier and more active fish closer to the river channel?

You just don't get it, do you? The city is trying to prevent accidents!... It's the people that're driving too fast for the road conditions that cause them!!!... just like you were when you almost rearended that car! We have the same numbskulls down here, they think they can drive 75-85 mph on a wet interstate highway... and those are the ones you see spun out and stuck in the middle of the median... or down in a ravine in the woods with the tow truck on the side of the interstate fishing their dumbasses out! You know it's that time of year... you know what they're (the city) doing... Slow Down!

Has anyone heard of slowing down when driving on wet pavement?.. driving defensively and watching out for the other guy?... mabe pulling over into the far righthand lane when you see an oncoming salt truck??? Just a suggestion.

I would drain everything as per Fisherman's recommendations and install new fuel filters and spark plugs! Then drain all the old gas out of the tank(s) and fill with new fresh gas... while you're working on them you might as well change the oil and filter on the 4 stroke and the lower unit lube on both motors. I would not put the motors to rest for the winter unless they were running properly, if there was indeed water/moisture in your gas and you let them set over the winter... your problems will only be compounded come next spring by corrosion!!!

44 with a bullet eh!!! Have a Happy "Dirty Harry" B'day RickO!!! ... btw, is that double barrel an over and under... or a side by side?

Any time you start losing weight and you're not trying to should be a red flag!!! It could something as simple as an allergy or irratable bowel syndrome, or as serious as a bacterial infection or cancer!... but the longer you let an ailment go without treatment, the harder it will be to cure!!! A lot of people have lost their lives because they waited too long to seek treatment for an ailment!!! As far as they wait at the doc's office goes, an office visit for me is 3-5 hours... and I have to pay for it!!!

I hope you never have to find out, but that bright yellow might save your life someday Mike! ... and if the members on this board weren't ragging you about a yellow suit... we'd find something else...

Good Luck with the procedure Big Guy!!! Hope you feel much better when all is done and healed!!! I know the Perch and 'Gills are breathing a sigh of relief for now!

Pretty good job on the trailer holdie, but I would go with a solid 1/4" plate grade steel plate that would accept all four bolts... a 4"x4" or 6"x6" instead of those straps, and nyloc nuts on the bolts. Just a suggestion.

Dude!!! That right thar is a roight noice freckled fishy!!! ... didja kill it and eat it?

Ok, here's what I like to do... 1. Shop around online for my best deal. Most of the time I don't have time to go running all over town looking for something, and when you consider the gas money you've spent running around town... shipping charges are a bargain!!! 2. I like to add one of these to the back of a crankbait: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/template...&hasJS=true http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/template...p;cm_ite=netcon 3. Never put your baits back in the tackle box wet, or leave your tackle box out in the rain!... your hooks will last much longer!!!

Hatching a plan to solve B.C.'s salmon crisis
Greencoachdog replied to kickingfrog's topic in Fishing News
I would say banning the netting of Salmon would be a good idea as well... if you net them faster than you can grow them... -
Some GPS coordinates for the suspect camp might get the police a little more interested...

calgary flames get private clinic for h1n1
Greencoachdog replied to jnic's topic in General Discussion
So I took sick last weekend, went to see the doc Monday morning... I feared I had contracted the dreaded H1N1!!! ... NOT! Turns out I have Mycoplasma Pnuemonia... again! I asked the doc aboot the H1N1, he told me that the fears were blown out of proportion for our area and since Sept. 1 he has only seen a dozen cases of influenza and of those dozen only 2 tested positive for the H1N1! ...BUT!, he also told me I was the 5th case of Mycoplasma he had seen that day!!! I love being sick! -
Move 2000 miles south and you don't have to worry about that kinda stuff!!!

Could the five shots you heard have been 3 from one gun and 2 from another nearby?

Got out for a few hours yesterday and nabbed this slab! She was released after a quick pic.

I've owned a lot of different power equipment, and have found John Deere to be the most durable and reliable!

The Goliath Grouper, it used to be called the Jewfish... but they changed the name to be more politically correct. They're a protected species in the Gulf of Mexico and on the Florida east coat now, with bag and possesion limits of 0! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epinephelus_itajara

... enough about you! ... let's talk about me! Thanks for taking the time!!!
