  1. Well then I guess you can say that religion is the cause of "boring", cause we're all supposed to believe and be the same.
  2. Nice catch, sometimes ya wonder how nature can make those nice colours.
  3. Okay, I achieved my point, if you don't agree with some form of religion then there's something wrong,(according to those that believe) it goes both ways. I suppose I could have used a different description. Last time I looked when a grave was dug up, it was pretty much rotten remains with nature having had lunch on the deceased. Where would that leave me? I don't believe in wasting space in cemetaries either, going through the burner and making some ash for the plants to grow.
  4. And better yet, my gods better than your god and if that don't work, my dad can beat up your dad. Religion, the most and best used method to use mans simple fears to keep him subservient, otherwise you might go to hell and burn forever. What a bunch of loosers. You die, you rot and return to the basic elements.
  5. Waste of time, unfortunately.
  6. Personally I'm not in favour of saving them either. Be it one year or a hundred years, they are not a native specie in that area. I think their choice of words "killing" them is a bit overborne. If I'm going to eat them, it will most likely be dead. I think it may be a group of pro bass fishers trying to keep something going that probably wasn't supposed to in the first place.
  7. You have answered part of your question. You have the bill of sale, it is the proof of ownership. The papers from Service Canada do not act as ownership, check on their website for your own peace of mind. You can still register the boat regardless of motor size if you want to. The only thing I can suggest is that you add a well written explanation with the papers submitted that the boat is believed to have been manufactured well before 1988
  8. When you talk to them for phone ordering or on line, the total price is what you pay, tax/duty, etc is all included.
  9. Ah, okay, I thought for a second he was sitting on the throne..
  10. No different than the billions of plastic water bottles littering the enviroment.
  11. What on earth is a thrones? Take a look at the right rear outside upper corner of the boat, you may find it there.
  12. If you google it there's a video, the guy says a 5HP will run 1/2 hour at WOT, the 2.5HP will go 1 hour at WOT on the 1lb cylinder. A 1lb cylinder is roughly 1/2 a quart/litre of gas, so 8 x 1lb tanks would make about a gallon. Unless my math is really bad today, that would mean the 5HP would go about 4 hours on a gallon, hmmm. I quit.
  13. Bah, I think most of that will melt down on the weekend, supposed to hit +8 and a dump of rain.
  14. You mean the engine didn't quit? I just about did a face plant one day when I stood up to grab the net and forgot about the short cord. If the conditions dictate and I'm alone, I wear 2, one for the motor and another 550 cord to tie me to the boat.
  15. What is isoflex grease on/in the crank bearings, you have any more info, thanks.
  16. Here's probably one of the best producers: http://www.raincoasttrading.com/raincoast-where-to-buy.html
  17. The only thing that smells fishy in K Bay is _____, and there ain't no tuna in there.
  18. Same with that drunken slug Tickle on the Moonshiners, you'd almost swear that the THIS PART DELETED SINCE YOU COULDNT but I didn't say that, the computer just sucked it outa my head and won't let me delete it.
  19. Polaris triples can be a real bag of hammers, someone that knows what they're doing with it can make it work, I'd avoid them. As for the 600 BRP renegade, a quick check on google rates them as #10 out of a total of 45. Guys get sucked in on shiny things like fishing lures, diamond rings, etc. Mint is a badly used description, the only thing I consider mint is brand new, everything else is used. If you don't know what to look for, get a real mechanic to look at it, or get burned again. I don't know if that year had etec motors yet.
  20. Doesn't have to be much of a challenge either
  21. Oh don't get me going on them, back in the '70s listening to the morning news, it was common for the announcer to say, Highway 170 kills another(between Jonquiere and Chicoutimi), if they all weren't trying to be a bunch of Villeneuves, they might live longer. Never figured out how a road could kill someone, but you try and get them to believe it.
  22. With all those wierdos in the stores, it might just be peace and quiet on the water.
  23. Nice photos and report. Don't think my back would like that kind of adventure though.
  24. With the racked up cracked up back I have, I got myself a Tempur-Pedic about 5 years ago. They take a bit of getting used to, once you get in you don't want to get out, they mold around you. Pillows made from the same stuff, no beating it up or anything like that. There are various models, some cheaper than others, I got mine from sleep country.
  25. No, it's what the trailer is registered for, it is noted on the registration paper and small plaque on the trailer tongue or body.
