The Bell Centre fans were booing the refs for some questionable calls & non calls late in the third period which allowed Tampa to tie the game with a PP goal less than two minutes to go in the third - The fans were chanting Carey Carey late in the game & Price was named the second star of the game - If you are going to do a rant about The Habs get your facts straight but then the lack of facts makes for a better rant..........lol

If (big if) The Leafs make the playoffs Coach Ron Wilson will be a candidate for coach of the year award since last season - Leafs were 30th place in PK & PP, 29th place in the standings & goals against as well as being in 26th ? in goals scored. Also Toronto & Florida are the only two teams not to make the playoffs since the lock out ended so The Leafs have something to shot for & this team has almost turned it's complete squad over since Burke arrived except for Kabele,Finger & Grabovski and maybe a couple others.............

Met Cronzy awhile back & talked about his batter and complained that the batter seems to sell reasonably well (especially at Canadian Tire) but does not see much money & it may go to his two investors first & then him (his investment is basically his name on the product) but did give a couple of free packs to me & my brother after our talk........

I heard on the radio a few years back that some of these drownings are caused by someone (alone in a boat) having to relieve themselves while trolling & piss overboard and not wearing a lifejacket & the boat hits a wave etc and it is person overboard while the boat continues on........

I have an old VHS tape (late 80s) of Babe Winkleman fishing on Lake Erie & his guide/host used goldfish for bait instead of native minnows seemed to work pretty good for the fishing party.........

Good chance where the fisherman has parked his vehicle/trailer & launched his boat for free - The cottagers' taxes or cottage association fees have helped pay for the maintenace and upkeep of parking & launch not to mention cottager cleanups from time to time. This happens on my lake although I have no problem with fishermen fishing my dock & others although more bass boats are showing up on the lake since the LMB moved into the lake about ten years ago so probably only a matter of time till dock visitors start to show up..........

That's why catch & release is so great - the same fish can be caught again & hopefully several times over and bring pleasure to several fisherpersons........

I went to Dollarama & bought a duramax belt holder for a tape measure and a pair of pliers fit fine in it as well as a pair of hemostaps (just slide the pliers/hemostaps through the opening where the tape measure would clip on) works good for 1.25............

The cassette adaptor is the way to go as you can use for IPOD & MP3 players as well.........

A 55 pack hopefully it is in cans & not bottles (got some weight to it)........

Watching Buffalo tv news sunday night(20) unfortuately a boater went missing on Lake Chautauqua after he jumped/dived out of his boat on saturaday to go for a swim & did not resurface and was still missing as of sunday night. The thinking was because of the thick weeds in the lake he got tangled in the weeds.

People post about sales at Lebaron/Basspro & Canadian Tire etc from time to time so how is this any different.......

Bruins have lost two game sevens on home ice over the last two playoff years - Could that failure be enough to get Claude Julien (& staff) fired especially this year blowing a series after leading 3 games to none - Things will get better though in Beantown thanks to that second overall pick coming to The Bruins courtesy of The Leafs..........

The Habs after beating The Caps & now The Pens still will not have home ice advantage in the next series since they were seeded 8th at the start of the playoffs in the eastern conference - Well done Boys........

I was up in Dorset this past weekend (May 07-09) - They were out for a bit but after the temp dropped 15 degrees F or so and with the rain-sleet & snow there was no problem with the bugs after that........
