While extended warrantees appear to be good keep in mind the price per year divided by the price of a new motor is usually equal to 1 in 10 motors needing replacement that is 10% and that is not a very good investment. Most insurance policies do not cover strike damage or owner ignorance so the percentages go down even further. In my world I put aside a few hundred a year and then it gains interest and is available to repair/replace as needed. Art

Sorry I got out my books today and forgot to mention that the solenoid valves are unpowered is closed and powered is open. It means that you need to supply 24 volts all of the time you want it open.You can get either an automotive heater cable control and put it inline or a plumbing 1/4 ballvalve that would be manual reach down their and turn.
