I take the 407 99% of the time, regardless of the time of day, its always faster than 401. Even off peak times...less cars on the 407 = less idiot drivers = 407 as the 24 hour a day preference for me. Rush hours can be stop and go on the 407 but it still would be moving faster than the 401 parking lot. I don't know if my perma grin can be seen from this post since Canada got a nice blue line on the 14th. I think traffic will be improved, as well as everything else, under PC management.

I agree 100% steve-paul, every kid should have some time at a job with, 'do you want fries with that' to discover what an opportunity is and what you do for money if you blow that opportunity. 16 is a great age to be learning that lesson. My oldest is 5 so I don't know yet whats in store for him when he turns 16...maybe by then burgers will be flipping themselves and I'll find another task for him. lol

Respectable behaviour...can't get it from someone bankrupt in that area. Most lakes are big enough that you can fish without the risk of leaving hooks where kids and adults swim, and I expect the same courtesy at my dock from other anglers, works 99% of the time. The problem is too many monkey see monkey do types on the water that watch Roland Martin, Jimmy Houston and other professionals on TV fishing docks and they go out on weekends to be the wanabee lookalikes. The pros can usually fish docks with skill, accurate casting etc, not hack thru them with 10 hooks left behind.

The other side is: based on age, everyones 16 year old will be called their darling 4 year old etc. when its time to pay and the rant will go something like, 'I didn't think I would need to bring a Birth Certificate to a park...' 'my word is my word' etc etc. The height thing is pretty fair because you can't Bull your way around it like you can with age, not you personally HH but those policies are all for the bottom of the barrel BSers scamming their kids thru gates left and right.

If they call at dinnertime, I tell them I've been meaning to buy one, can they please hang on while I go get a pen and paper....then we eat dinner...I check in with them at the 15 min mark...found a pen....looking for paper...sorry...I find them entertaining, they've stopped calling once they get that treatment and I have the satisfaction of wasting their time (hopefully at long distance rates)...cranberry resorts nice, I've stayed there...but they build about a million more units than needed and they spamalot.
