This what your talking about Brian ?? There were several in the garage when I bought this place 5 years ago and I have NEVER seen a mouse in the garage, the house or anywhere else around here.

I was talking to Kevin a couple weeks back and he seems to be doing OK. As for opening this year, I don't think so but you should call to get all the details.

I could see it when the post 1st appeared but it's not there now.

As I mentioned in an earlier post Wayne, Diane recently needed a 10 day supply of medication and it was $2100 but because she's over 65 it's covered buy the government. I know that won't help you guys but I sure hope you can come up with something. There's some insane prices on getting healthy and I often wonder what folks do who can't afford some of these things.

I'm no expert James but I'd imagine a lot of the smaller injuries are from spawning fights or even from being caught by fishermen, but the major injuries like missing jaws may be birth defects. As for telling the difference between males & females, I have no idea, but perhaps at mating time the males are the ones with the biggest smiles

We had to go into town this afternoon and while there decided to stop at a restaurant for an early supper. Waitress came to the table and said Hi GUYS, my names Julie and I'll be your server. 1/2 way thru supper she stopped by and said hey GUYS, everything OK ?? We paid our bill and Julie said thanks GUYS, glad you enjoyed your meal. Great waitress in a nice restaurant but I couldn't help laughing while I remembered this post

Congrats on your 1st musky, that's the one you never forget. Don't be concerned about the gill, they get all kinds of injuries that don't affect them. I've got at least a couple with 1/2 the upper jaw missing.

Noon news showed the ice breaking up and their afraid it'll plug the river and flood over the banks the way it did 35 or so years back. They've got some heavy equipment trying to break the jam up. In case anyone doesn't know, the "Float Your Fanny Down The Ganny" is done every year to mark the anniversary of the flood.

I dunno Bill, I've already been up a long time today and 45 minutes is gonna be stretching my limits LOL

Unfortunately I wasn't able to see the lights from my place but good to know a few of you saw them.

Fella on the news said we should be able to see the Northern Lights in the north sky...naturally...just after sunset tonight. My northern view is blocked by trees but hopefully some will see it.

Never tried it either but have plenty of friends who did and it wouldn't bother me in the least if it was legalized. As for Trudeau, I'd vote for a dead carp before him.

I've had it a long time Mike and can't remember the model but it was $300 for bibs & jacket. It's light weight and great for summer but with a fleece it's fantastic in cold weather too and I always wear it when I'm running the snowblower. As for the 2 toner, it was definitely a cool fish indeed.

You'll remember this GoreTex Mike from the last time we fished together. Not only does it keep me dry & comfortable, it attracts nice fish too

A guy I used to work with always wanted to sail across the Atlantic in a small boat so he took a leave of absence, bought a 21'er and did it. Once he got to England he sold the boat and flew home. Sometimes a man's gotta do what a mans gotta do Nick & I'm sure that's exactly what your bud was doing. Now he's got it out of his system....maybe LOL

Yeah, and they've got a beak like a couple spears too LOL Best day was a couple years back when there were 3 of them hanging on a tree 30' from the window, but of course I didn't have a camera ready.

My last vehicle was a 2010 F150 with a 5.4 and it was an excellent engine with no issues, but I only had it for 2 1/2 years & 30,000 miles before I traded it in on a '13 so I can't give you anything on longevity of that particular motor but I'd think you'd be making a good choice.
