"The reason it looked so hard is because they don't have a clue how to do it properly. Much easier when you put up an A frame to get lift on the vehicle." Some up close experience Drifter. I love when 3 guys are giving signals to the driver 20 feet away, Doesn't No sound like Go? Same thing goes for Whoe. A cluster f%^k.

Any news M2B2?

That there is one sweet ride Joey, a read head turner. We would catch a few on Nip trolling for Pics. We released them. Then I had some at a neighbours on Nipissing, man good or what. They only take the loin. That's when I was told they sell ling as scallops in North Bay. How are they cleaned?

You don't need to be a sled guy to know that's beauty of a head turner. $17000.00? Wowza. Congrats Sir nice ride.

Wowa we wa!!!! Them der is some mighty fine goldies. I count 5 guys maybe 6, is that 17'Lund a little crowed. My eyes aren't what they used to be. I want to see the elbows tucked in a bit when taking a fish pic. No one missed a meal I presume. Hey Wormy Dunker, do I smell a road trip in our future? Your truck my boat. As long as that 150 can get there and back in 1 piece! Na, thinking about it better take the Silverado.

I wonder what a business has to pay per square foot in T.O.? Big money. If someone lives right in Toronto I would venture a guess they are not customers of discount stores. I can see how a company with zero overhead for the product loose money. Pay for the lease, common fees for the mall or plaza, utilities (try cooling and heating 25,000 or more sqft), taxes and labour etc. You could loose money before the door is open.

Not as far back as Pioneer days Dark Water. I would venture a guess that 75% of things packaged in plastic do not have to be. How in JC's name did we do before we bottled water? . Go outside to do some yard work, bring a bottle of water. Get in the car for a 5 minute drive, bring water. How did we not die of thirst?

Darwin award nominee. This happens my way constantly( Erie ), bill the idiot parasailer, Kayaker canoer when we have fall gales or ATV and sled operators when they go out on any ice that won't hold them. It's hazardous going on 6" when pressure cracks are 3 feet wide.

There was a recent story where a group set out to count the amount of plastic off the shore of Hawaii. Man what a mess. A Dutch scientist has developed a system where this stuff is recycled off shore where the blooms of plastic exist. It will not come into use as it is too expensive to operate. I wonder how our Governments determine how much it will cost to save Mankind in a few decades. The amount of plastic we use for packaging is just insane. Stop pollution at it's source and make the use of plastic for packaging of consumer goods illegal.

As I was told the parabolic action is determined by the bend in a rod when loaded.

davew3, that is very possible that car was drowned. Great observation. I looked at WD's truck and was impressed. I always check the brake and gas pedals for some sign of wear, the interior is in showroom condition and the body is clean. I should have crawled under the thing but was too tired after reeling in all his fish that day. It could have sat for a few years if the engine was hydraulic locked and the owner didn't have the funds to swap out engines. As far as cruddy oil I know more than a few guys and gals that change the oil every 18 months or more whether needed or not!. The first thing to look at when looking is to check the oil.

I have plenty of sticks too. The offer still stands for the rod and reel.

What else could have done by Betman and the NHL in order to save face? I feel bad for the guy that should have legitimately gone to play in the All Star game but Scott took his place.

I'm looking a tote jammed with ice fishing rods and reels. That box is earmarked for Fish Farmer that in turn donates to kids. I have a rod and reel for you. Where are you located. You might have to cover shipping. Look on Google map for Selkirk or Cayuga On that's where I am. There are a few ice fishing lures for you to start up.

I am not a Salmon fisherman but love to learn. Is there a significant difference between Altantic and Kings? I can now tell between a Steelhead and a Coho, I can recognize a Brown Trout now but haven't caught one. Is there some scientific reason they are choosing to introduce Atlantic on the Ganny when it didn't work on the Credit River

For anyone's info there are 2 types of covers, mooring and travel covers. The 100 buck covers from CTC more mooring cover than travel cover. a proper travel cover snaps down, If it ties under the hull it is more mooring than travel. Some of this type will let you travel but not with confidence. I would hate to see what happens if all or part of the cover flies off. I cover my boat when at the slip and use 3 Javex bottles full of water on each side hooked with S hooks into grommets to hold it down. No fussing or pulling cords tight at the stern . If and when there is enough in the budget to get a travel cover made I will only use it to travel then usethe mooring at the boat slip. Snapping a travel cover when the boat is in the water isn't an easy task. The only problem with using a mooring cover at the dock is that a good wind will blow the aluminum poles (2) that take out the slack in the cover. I made a base with a 4" toilet closet flange to stabilize it with a section of 4" ABS, then a reducing nipple to 1" then slide the "tent" poles into the 1".

I always was told plumber is a urologist with 1/2 his brain removed. I assumeded you have 3/4"main feed El Wormo.

Custom or dealer provided cover. I would go with Sunbrella. My Sunbrella mooring cover is 21 years old, like new exept for replacing a few grommets. I want a proper trailering cover and my quote for a place in Dunnville is $700.00 all in.

What do expect Brian it's a FORD !!!!. I've looked at your truck and I said it looks grear for that age. Based on interior and body I would believe the mileage. Having said that I believe you have a low mileage Ford. My Silverado just turned 85K, nothing but inspections and oil/filter so far. Next week in for 90K service, I a going to change pads for preventive mtc.

For some of us we are the age now that we are loosing friends, relatives and pets and the entertainers we grew up with. It seems a day doesn't goby without someone asking " did you hear about so and so?" Live for today and hope for tomorrow.

Too small of an image Art too see it well. I was hoping you would have chimed in earlier for Worm Dunker. When I said pressure remains constant throughout a system what I didn't say was if your line diameters size is reduced throughout that system, I should have said "somewhat" constant. We dealt in gases as well as water in the furnaces but more gases. Something about leaving somethings to the experts as one can imagine water cooling the most important when dealing with temperatures up to 3400F. Brian, what did I tell you on the phone? You go to work and they pay you, the "pro" works for you, then you pay him. 2 of the things I pay the guy for is electrical and plumbing.

Chris Berman voice "COME ON MAN". Boats work best on water and visa versa for all other machines.
