I'm sure it'll be busier than normal, glad for it. Having said that, I have put my job on the line for one day, guess what? I know that everyone cannot get away with such stuff. I had a trailer wheel come off one time and it was definetly caused by someone loosening the wheel nuts. No mistaken that fact. The culprit even confessed. Turns out, it was one of them sort of days and I forgot to put the final torque on them. Hahaha(laughing now, it takes about 10 yrs)

I agree 100%, it's a great place. I was there 2 days after the Big Blow. I found your video interesting, no need to make one of my own. Lately, lots of people I know are moving into Condo's or considering it. Well, I figure I'm living in one now, except I have 3/4 acre lot. I have someone cut grass etc., I have a snow removal contract and I manage some money for major repairs. Nothing better than coming home and watching someone do my yard work, while I light the BBQ and have a beer. When I explained it to some, they said they wished they never moved. Just my take on the topic. Hahaha

Not sure how serious you want to be about this project. I was accussed of disturbing Asbestos on a job. The site is well known for having Asbestos. Long story short; The only place capable at that time of checking out the samples of all forms of asbestos, was in Windsor. Job was shutdown and the Ministry of Labour was informed. I'm educated in this department, but not certified in any way. They were talking $50,000 personal fines,etc. Sample came back negative for even the most common forms of asbestos. So, I would be questioning the lab you are are using. Just my opinion.

Bummer, I was at a party not too long ago, well, maybe 20 years ago. I made a couple of fellers get in the creek and pick up thier broken beer bottles. Not a good sight, but they did it. I always hope they remember that incident.

Got the chance to work some ground, down the road today, for a friend of mine. Straight dark rows was not the case. Hahaha. It's been a while, and he had all new toys and stuff to get used to. I was operating everything manually. After all the years and inovations, etc, still have to stit half turned around to make sure everything is going as planned.
