Nice vid and sound track. All you need was some Huey's coming over the horizon. Nice boat for a big group, buddy has a hell of an assortment of lures and spoons on board.

Apparently some guys at the station were asking him about the car while he was filling up and he wasn't paying attention. He says he over filled by 3 or 4 ounces and the next thing he hears a couple of pops and see's flames... guess he'll have to carpool it down to Bay St.

Nice fish, what did you catch it on?

Hooked my ear with a weighted sculpin (barbed) casting in the canoe. Had to paddle back to shore for the pliers to cut the hook. Went back out fishing afterwards. It was a waste of a good fly.

I bought them at Home Depot US, they were stanley and come in a clear plastic case. I'm sure they have them here as well if not try lowes or rona.

Nice catch. Cool rigs you guys have there, I like those Lucky Strike nets and the squid jig is interesting. Awesome sunrise and clouds in the first video.

I went fishing with a guy from Spoonpullers Saturday morning. We had a good morning hooking fish but catching them was more difficult. We went landed five and hooked 10 maybe 12. It was a nice mix of salmon and trout, most of the fish were good sized. The boat owner has just started using the Smart Troll System. As many of you know this system uses probes on your riggers or lines that sends depth and temp info to a receiver which then sends it to your cellphone. It was interesting, he likes it but is still working out some bugs. On the water around 7:00 Started trolling around 325ft. went as deep as 400ft. Most hits 30-40ft down. My largest salmon: Most hits came on the rigger lines with spoons 70ft back, We did get a couple hits on the dipsey rods as well. Hot colours were greens and bright colours: Lets hope we get another weekend or 2 with some more nice weather. Tight lines to all.

Thanks for the report, sorry to hear the fishing was so so. -
Thanks for posting, that looks like a nice place to fish, the flipping jig is something I need to try more often.

How convenient for everybody...except the dead guy and his family.

How often do you use it throughout the year? I use Stabil every 3rd tank or so. -

How did your trip go? Did you make it out to the Bustards? -
There was some on Kijiji today. Not sure if its near you but it may be worth a look.

You are right Steve. He should have his own infomercial. You have to admire the confidence he has to buy a product line that others can't sell. I've seen eskimos leaving there with bags of ice.

Report her and the dog, the dog and owner will be on record and if its a pattern the city can deal with it. Like you said it could have been a kid the dog bit. The fines here are steep for off leash up to $300 I made the mistake of putting some ear cleaning solution in my dogs ears before my kids football practice a few years ago. Some kids came up to pet the dog and grabbed his ear. The dog bit the kid lightly I forget if it broke the skin. The city animal control person was at my house the next day documenting the dog.
