Well too bad about the lttle one!!. . .glad he is ok, and it sure does sound like a spun hub...its no big deal,just make sure the seals are ok,i think they will be,just minor damage!!! im 100% sure,its meant to do that rather than do gear damage,its a replacement part thats very cheap,having a spare is always a good option bud....you will be ok,go to a reputable dealer,and you will be fishing by next weekend!!!! cheers

Great to meet ypou scott,and you are welcome to go fishing with me anytime bud!!!!..scott you did a great job on reeling in those salmon for your first time,and you seemed a natural at it.well im glad we waited out the thunderstorms,and went out as i knew it would be worth it,i am still trying for that derby fish,and only have a week to go,so i hope to get out a few more times before its over next saturday!!! so i hope we can get out there again bud,theres still lots of lake ontario fishing to go yet,as the rainbow and the browns will be comming in soon,and the fishin stays hot right near shore for about 2 months !!!! cheers

Well i know that this year is the most i have ever fished in the dam rain !!!!i dont think my boat has been totally dry since may, now i dont even bother putting on my rain suit as your going to get wet anyway!!! as it never just rains anymore its always a dang torential downpour cyclone!!!!! with 40mph winds to add a little excitement !!!! but on the other hand im hardcore so its just part of fishing,and i thinks its been a great year so far with lots of walleyes & salmon & trout to show for it,and lots of fish-fries & shore-lunches too !!!! bring on the rain!!!! b

Well guys there have even been a few fish in some of the tribs already !!! and they have been jumping just outside the harbor walls!!!! some are black and ready to run very soon,stay ready to go!!!! the tribs are sending vast amounts of current and a nice brown mudline up to 1 mile out into lake o!!! so trust me they are closer than you think!!! the rain is fooling them into being an early run
