Thats some great shore fishing !! and well done on the 4 new PB"s...all within a few days,and man if you think a big salmon fights hard in the river,you should fight one for 1/2hr on the lake,doing 3-500yrd line buring runs !!! they sure fight hard,a nice bonus as well to get that muskie too,thanks for sharing....cheers

More bad news,its too bad,that its allowed to happen we see the results everyday...and i have been fishing lake ontario for over 25yrs and i have seen huge changes just in my time!!! i think its too late for the great lakes

Well im with roy,windguru.com,is great also weatheroffice.com is a good one as well,it has all marine weather,and links to the great lakes,or i just go outside to my boat and turn on the vhf marine radio,and i get the continuous marine forecast from environment canada...cheers

Well first off i want to thank my buddy and fellow OFC member ernie, for taking me to the hospital in toronto for my back surgery,and driving me home,well i also want to thanks everyone for all my well wishes,and all the kind words,from all the OFC members you guys are the best and my julie for helping me & taking care of me!!!!. ..And i sure hope to be fishing as soon as possible,i wanted to go tommorow,but julie said she would more or less kill me !!..lol..lol. im pretty sore today ,but managing to get around a little bit,stairs are kinda hard but,i should be ok in a couple of weeks!! .i will be very ready for the bay of quinte,real soon,and i will be looking forward to seeing everyone again at our fall g2g !! theres still lots of fishing time left and i usually keep my boat out till freeze up,and will be at it very soon,cheers everyone thanks alot... shawn
