No snow for me thanks. I'll take glare ice anytime. Not so good for guys with sleds, but driving and walking (with cleats) will be a breeze. Just type your text, then paste the IMG code under the photobucket picture. It will show as text as your writing your post, but when you preview/post it, it will come up as a picture. No need to hit any insert pic ICONS. Its just another confusing step that is not required. All you have to do is click on the IMG code for the picture and it will automatically copy it, then just paste it in as text. Trust me, a picture will show up. S.

You anchor your hut down thru a hole, and prop it up on blocks so its above the water/slush. Ours is sitting high and dry right now on scugog. S.

I used 1/2" copper pipe for mine. Just make a T, and bolt the transducer on.

Easiest way is to upload your pics to photobucket. Once your pics are uploaded in there, there is 4 codes under the pics. Copy the bottom code ( IMG) into your thread where you want it and bob's your uncle. If you need anymore help, just ask. I think the Doc screwed up when he said he only kept deep hooked fish. Looks to me like it worked out to a perfect limit!! Nothing wrong with that, if ya wanna keep a limit, by all means have atter!! Right now I have a 4 disc set of Lynard Skynard in the 6 pack, with a couple mixed discs. I just put them in and hit random. Good for the way up and back! This has got to be one of my fave's! The last line says it all!!!! S.

Its not going to hurt the ice one bit. If anything, it will make it better. An inch of water on the ice will freeze solid in no time when its -10. The rest of the week is looking to get pretty cold. Its probably a good thing, we need more ice. S.

I wasn 't out there myself, but I saw a lot of huts and machines out there yesterday from where I was. The ice has smoothed down a bit, but some places are REALLY rough going. Ice was about 8" s.
