yeah, I wouldn't spool up with that wire. spool it up with 50lb braid and your golden. I find the fleas stick to it when they are bad, but they aren't bad yet, and they don't really seem to get bad for any length of time. I like to use it more than wire, its just easier to deal with. I don't mind flicking the fleas off once in a while. S.

So, what did you get? Just curious.....I like my subaru's, but I'm not a big fan of the lagacy for some reason. Well Grimace, if you lived around here, you would understand how things change on a weekend. Crazy drivers on the roads, and on the water. I had an OPP boat pretty near capsize me when they approached from up wind, and drifted right into my port side. The girl driving was a total dipstick, I was pissed!! They didn't even check my gear they were so embarrased. I told them to always approach from downwind from now on, and don't get so damn close!!! If I wasn't anchored I would have stayed well clear, but with 100ft of rope out I couldn't get out of the way in time. If your in a small boat, stay away from the main channels. A lot of people will run between you and a marker buoy, no matter how much space there is to go around. I know the same thing happens in Bewdley as well. I wouldn't fish in front of town, just for that reason. I think Rice lake attracts more idiots than most other lakes to be honest. Between the hundreds of boat rentals, and the rest of the citiots that show up there, I'm surprised there isn't more people killed on that lake!! S.

A lot of guys are running 40lb fluoro off thier dispsy's with no snubbers, with no issues at all. Braid mainline to the diver, then the fluoro to the hooks. S.

Its much cheaper to buy the premium fuel when you add in repairs and maintenance. Really, its only a buck or two per tank extra. You will spend that on stabilizer and seafoam in the long run with regular fuel anyways. S.

I worked there for 6 weeks, a few years ago. Its the only job in my life I had to quit. Those guys are all about thier money. No passion for the resource from what I saw there. S.

If you can get Shell V-power in your area, I'd recommend using it. Its the only fuel out there now with zero ethanol. i get about 100km/tank better mileage with it too......in my car that is. My boat gas doesn't last long enough to worry about it, but that is my first choice if I can get it! S.
