There was an assembly at my granddaughters school today. It was to honor students for good deeds. From grade 1 to 8 I had no idea that she was part of this. She was awarded for courage. She stood up for another student that was being bullied. The child she helped,told the teacher what she did.. She is only 6 yoa. A young girl that is being brought up by a single father. Someone is bringing up this child right.1 point

A totally dumb way to do it, needlessly complicated too. It should be 1 vs 8. If the season ended now, the Leafs would play Tampa. What kind of reward is that for TOR and TAM having excellent seasons? It makes a long season even less meaningful. I think this system was set up to create division rivalries. That's fine, but it still should be 1 vs 8 when the playoffs start.1 point

30+ Atlantic On the Cascapedia ...with a Bogdan (preferably mine) Giant char on the Tree (with Moose as my guide) 6lb Brookie (Secret lake) through the ice (Maybe with Irish and his sledding gang) 8lb Quebec Red ... not fussy where or how or who with Ahhh... scratch all that ... just thankful for the time I do get to watch the sun come up and the mist rise off the water !1 point

The bottom line with all this IMO, no matter your gear, fancy and all, big named, over priced, you are enjoying the sport of fishing and catching with what you own. Dont get caught up in the hype of fancy gear. I have low/mid level stuff I have been using for years. I catch. Bill, did you know my god father is a DeMarco ? Yet, I do not have one of his spools. LOL1 point
