Don't Quads float if they go through? I thought the tires would hold them at the surface at the very least, even if upside down. I don't own one, so just asking.

Some, very few of the light models will float if you have the extra large tires.

Not sure if this was the same quad. The blue ice report posted the extraction process of a Quad on Cooks bay. Even just 4-5 FOW this looks like a massive pain in the butt.

Much easier when you put up an A frame to get lift on the vehicle.

Hard to find good ice not hard to find the idiots...ATV's already common guys be careful.
