Blue Lk
I sometimes make a horseradish sauce to go with a good grilled steak 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup horseradish Teaspoon each mustard & vineger salt & pepper. Make this a few hours ahead as it gets better as the flavours meld.
Mister G
Horseradish Steak Sauce Horseradish and beef are great together, and this steakhouse sauce recipe could not be easier. Be sure to use a FRESH jar of horseradish so that this classic cold sauce will have that signature kick. Makes 1 cup of Steakhouse Horseradish Sauce Prep Time 5 minutes INGREDIENTS: 2/3 cup of sour cream ¼ cup of Mayo 1tsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp prepared hot horseradish, or to taste 1 tbsp chopped chives Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste Preparation: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors. Serve chilled.

Mister G
Picked up a bottle of the PC creamed horseradish today. Tasted great on my roast beef sandwich.! The BEST roast beef sandwiches I have ever had was in Buffalo, NY called Beef on Weck ! ! ! Trust me these pics are not a real Beef on Wech because it should have twice the amount of beef on that roll.........and they area always served with horseradish......I believe most times it MILLER Horseradish. wikipedia.org/wiki/Beef_on_weck

fish_fishburn
I like to use it in my bbq burgers. 1 or 2 tbsp. per lb . The cooking process removes the heat flavour for some reason but the taste and smell is delicious. Its also good in a ceaser.
OhioFisherman
Anyone use the creamy horseradish, same texture as mayonnaise ?? My MIL used to buy it and it was far hotter than the stuff you get served at The Keg. Darned stuff would blow the top off a steam engine. http://www.amazon.com/Woebers-Sandwich-Horseradish-Sauce-16-Ounce/dp/B000G33N3W Good stuff, not too hot and great on roast beef or corned beef sandwiches.
