Boat is ready to go!!!

Remember your life before kids? And you thought you were busy? What a naive fool I was.

 

Anyway, boat is ready. Started first try in the driveway. I was sooooo tempted to make a quick run to the lake before picking up the kids. Maybe Wednesday afternoon.

 

Winter was too long.

Came home with the kids and had to spend 5 minutes explaining that just because the pool was in front of our house doesn't mean it's ours.

...yup that's how i remember her...started up like gold every spring for me too. Glad that you are having the same results! My new boat is still in storage and its killing me thinking about it. Hope this motor is as trusty as that one!

haha...I was in some pretty hairy conditions on St. Clair last year...happy to be in the bigger, heavier boat I have now. But for Kawarthas? I would take that one back in a heartbeat

Ran around Kempenfelt Bay this afternoon. Might get out Saturday for trout if the storms hold off.
