BillM Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 (edited) I'd rather see them lose playing like complete crap then come out and play their asses off and not even get a point, lol. Edited February 5, 2014 by BillM
manitoubass2 Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 I only watched the first then had to go to bed lol. Which father took his jersey off? Thats crazy especially hiw much the commentators talked up the farhers taking them to practices, tying alot of skates etc. anyhow, watched the highlights before work this am and they looked REALLY flat
BillM Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 The only dad I saw lastnight without a jersey on was Kadris.. Even during the interviews he didn't have one on.. I wonder if people are jumping the gun a bit, lol

manitoubass2 Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 TRADE THE ENTIRE TEAM THEY LOST A GAME! hahahaha
kickingfrog Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 Not sure what the chatter is about. I believe Kadri's dad is a very passionate Montreal fan. Giveing the dads jersey anyone with $300 can buy is lame to being with. Give the dads exclusive jackets or something similar, not the same jerseys fanboys wear.
tb4me Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 I watched that entire game, no father took his jersey off..LOL where do people come up with this stuff anyway...
irishfield Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 It was the commentators at the end of the game stating "it looks like one father was so embarrassed with that performance that he took his ML jersey off".
leaf4 Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 I'm not sure which dad it was, maybe kadris as stated but there was one dad that didn't wear one at all throughout the game, just wearing a dark shirt
davey buoy Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 It was the commentators at the end of the game stating "it looks like one father was so embarrassed with that performance that he took his ML jersey off". If true, how nice for him to have tickets and see his son playing. And to take off the jersey is disrespectful as far as I'm concerned .I hope that didn't happen.

He never had a jersey on... Interviews before game no jersey, during the game no jersey, why would people think he ever had one on? lol

grizzlybri Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 So who takes Steve's spot? I'm not sure but here is TSN's report on it http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=443088, Most people are going to say St Louis, I think it will be him myself and i think he has earned the right to be there. But I'm not sure if he is the right fit.

kickingfrog Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 I agree with the fit as well. Otherwise you'd think he would have made the first cut. Maybe Eric?
davey buoy Posted February 5, 2014 Report Posted February 5, 2014 it should be st louis. I think, and heard as you are all well aware of(Stevie Y),he was taking a lot of flack earlier from not picking him.People didn't seem to care that he was from his own team. And why should they?.He has earned a spot as far as I'm concerned.
tb4me Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 It can only be Stlouis no Canadian is better right now, except for maybe claude Giurox (sp) sorry not a Leaf im as bad as 80 year old Grapes..lol
kickingfrog Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 Giroux??? Canada wants to win this don't they? Final roster doesn't have to be named until just before first game but apparently the player will be named by Friday night.
BillM Posted February 6, 2014 Report Posted February 6, 2014 Giroux or St.Louis would be a great choice.
