Hi Kev. Do you use a program that automatically cleans up files,cookies and such? I find after mine does a cleanup it deletes the settings and I have to relog.

I didnt insulate my kids from life but I tried to educate them about life at a pace. Its like me training an apprentice mechanic. You dont put him/her into a major overhaul the first year. You give them information at a pace so they understand the basics first. I agree 100% with you TJ. No wonder more people are going to Ipods, XM/Sirius. I get sick and tired of them beating the same story to death too.

Its nice to see that no one made too much fun of this situation. It would have been easy to do. Real good comments and suggestions. Just remember it does get easier to hook up and back up with practice.

I dont know you too well Lew but from what I have read and from what others say about you I would have to say you are a stand up guy.

Our local Lions club has a 1 mile stretch of highway 11 that we clean up twice a year. Incredible the amount of trash we pick up. Its awful. Makes me sick that some people have no consideration for their country/province/community.

So its quality-not quantity.

My Dad fishing 2 or three years ago. He loves to fish. Hardest working guy ever. I am very fortunate to still have him and my mom around to help in life.

I wish all fisherpeople would take this pledge. I will take a picture in the spring of the 4 or 5 foot width of debris that will wash up on my beach in the spring from the icefishing. Timmies cups, plastic bags and bottles,wood blocks for the shacks and many other items that I cant mention here. Gross! But I did score 2 sheets of top notch 3/4 inch plywood that used to be a floor of a frozen in shack floor last year.

This is the first forum that I really ever signed on to that I cant wait to see what comes up next. Very interesting place.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the taste of great northerns. Cleaning them so there are few bones is the key.

I think if I were to buy a used outboard it would be one with a close by dealer for parts and service. I believe all brands can have a possible part backorder from time to time. The more common the outboard chances are better of finding the right part. They ALL will have possible problems.
