Thank you to all for the kind comments. Looking forward to meeting many more OFNCers.
Rob, been on Wolfe Lake a few times but never fishing. Let me know, would be interesting to try it.
Hello all. I met my first fellow OFNCer today. It was a great way to start for me to meet with Trapshooter . Ben is a fine young man with many good qualities. He is well mannered and a real gentleman. We had a good chat about many things. I think we even got around to the topic of fishing. Thanks for stopping by today Ben. It was a real pleasure to meet you. I am looking forward to meeting many more OFNCers in the future.
Great article. I also wonder about the straight electric cars as well. The energy needs to come from somewhere. From coal fired or nuclear plants wont be necessarily friendlier emissions.
If you watch it from time to time you can calculate how soon the storm will arrive and how strong it may be. Last year I seen an intense front coming in and we managed to get some equipment put away in time to prevent damage. That particular storm took down quite a few trees and did some other damage in our area.
It didnt seem that long ago that we had our 1000th member join in. Now its almost 1400. Little wonder really. This is a great setup with equally great membership.
Not sure how many people know about this site but I love it. It can show you storms coming your way very accurately. This is the one in Britt but there are others around the province.

Welcome to the community Dave .Cant help with your question either. I live north of where you are going and have not fished the area. But there are likely some people here that can answer you.
