  1. Wow Jedi, it's like we talked about it! LOL
  2. I'd probably consider starting around the $12,000 +/- mark. That might still be high but you can always back it off. That size boat can sometimes be a tough sell. Good luck.
  3. I'm really don't understand why some guys have an issue paying extra for eyewear. It's your freakin eyes. is it because there's no instant negative consequences to wearing $20 glasses? I know guy who worked at Hockey Life...he said guys will buy the cheapest helmet they can find, then look for the most expensive cup. Lol
  4. There's always a lot of conversation about boats, the costs, warranties, etc. and thought I'd share this because as a Ranger customer and fan of their products, I thought fellow boat owners would find it interesting. On another site I frequent, there is a post from a guy that owns a 1998 Ranger with a 225hp on it. Not sure if he bought it new but 18 years later, he is having a transom issue. When he stands on the outboards lower end, the transom flexes 1/4". Not good, serious repair money. He contacted Ranger and they said, drop it off next week and we'll fix it, no charge. Failures like this don't happen very often and is likely due to the way the boat got treated but it amazes me that they'll do that for a customer.
  5. Damn, I saw the heading and thought I'd see a kayak with a 135 Suzuki!! Lol
  6. The tanking comments are made in jest. Nobody can seriously expect teams to throw games. How long before that leaked out of the dressing room on a trade? Make no mistake, I hope they lose every dang game left, but I don't believe they're trying to lose as you suggested.
  7. I'm holding out for a 3D polarized pair LOL My fish will look bigger!! Wait, does In-Fisherman make sunglasses???
  8. I think Edmonton's plan is to keep losing miserably until they think they have a cup team. haha Imagine think? last to first? LOL
  9. That's the whole point! One game!?
  10. I wish I had the cash for lithium. I run a 36V system and I can replace 3 12V batteries at about 60lbs+ each with ONE 36V lithium at 38lbs. All for the low low price of $2400USD woo-hoo!! lol
  11. Edmonton should get 10 points for diving! Lmao
  12. If I were manhandling a battery in and out of a kayak and paddling it around, I'd be taking a serious look at lithium. Big bucks but a heck of a lot lighter.
  13. There's trying to tank after you trade away a couple of your top players and then ice a Jr team VS trying to tank after getting 3 number one picks....I call bull$#!). LOL
  14. Edmonton is really starting to piss me off.
  15. Not sure if it's been mentioned but check out Numa Optics. They offer unbreakable models, high quality polycarbonate lenses and fantastic warranties. They will also make your lenses to your prescription. Warranties are covered under "normal wear and tear". From their website: " “Normal wear and tear” includes but is not limited to: scaling a cliff face, downhill mountain biking or skiing, parachuting, hiking rugged terrain, dropping your Numas on a hard surface, accidentally stepping or sitting on them, and even letting your toddler play with them." I wear them and like them better than my H2O's or my Oakleys. Love the glasses, hate their website.
  16. They're a Canadian Sportfishing sponsor. I know, that's not helping...
  17. I was just thinking about him. Anyone know if he'll be there?
  18. $400USD! = $520CDN Want the 5 pack?? LOL
  19. 20. OH boy did he get crushed. He saw tweety birds after that hit. Ouch
  21. IMO, I look at quality of hardware and durability as top critia for rating baits...hooks, split rings and line eyes. Live Target and Spro use good quality stuff.
  22. That would be worth every penny.
  23. Bacon, now that's just cheating! Welcome and thanks for the great pics! You do nice work.......I'm still talking about the bacon. LOL
