My trailer actually does have a light for the plate. It is on the bottom of the frame; I didn't even know it was there until a few minutes ago. Some of the other trailers probably have them to.

There are alternatives. Gary Johnson seems like a reasonable candidate; he is technically a third party candidate rather than an independent. He is polling much better than most third party candidates, which is probably a reflection of Trump and Hillary. The Green party is also running a candidate. There may be others. If there was ever was a year to vote for an independant or third party candidate, this is it.

I think a fish & ski boat would better meet all of your requirements than a pure pleasure boat. If it is a larger boat, I would go with a walk through wind shield. I run my mast out of the front pedestal. A pure pleasure boat may not have places to mount a front pedestal or bow mount.

Did you notice the year? Starting in 2017-18! It hasn't happened yet? We have a new government now. The transfer payments for 2017-18 will be set by Trudeau's government; not Harper's. How can you use Harper's planned 2017-18 budget as an excuse for cuts by the Wynne government? As for no one whispering a peep; I have heard far more complaints about Harper reducing the rate of increase from 6% to 3% than I did about the Liberals actually cutting health and social transfers by 34%. At least they were still going up under Harper instead of going down like they did under the previous Liberal government. Three percent annual increases is way better than what the provinces got while Chretien was in power. McGuinty & Wynne have had very generous transfer payments compared to the cuts that Rae and Harris had to deal with.

Harper did not bring forth these cutbacks. Health and social transfers have increased by 6% each year under Harper. The cutback occurred in the 90's under Chretien.

What do you consider to be overbilling? If a doctor has to rent an office, employ staff, and purchase medical equipment, is it overbilling if he earns enough revenue to cover these costs?

If the island is crown land then you can legally camp there. There is a limit for how long you can use a spot on crown land; but I think it's about 21 days. You may have trouble getting a spot on the weekend; but during the week should be fine.

There is more to it than the number of shots fired. He fired three shots, then waited several seconds before firing the remaining shots. The courts just couldn't justify the second round of shots.

The charge does seem weird. But the logic is that the cop didn't know that the first three shots were fatal. Taking six shots at someone that he didn't know was already dead or dying was deemed to be attempted murder. p.s. There were no other people on board at the time of the shooting.

If most of your fishing is casting around logs and shallow weed beds, then I would recommend a cable steer bow mount over an iPilot. The iPilot / Xi5 units have an advantage for trolling and with spot lock, etc. But cable steer will give you better control when your manuvering around structure. You should not have to upgrade your wiring for a 24v motor. A 24v motor actually draws fewer amps than a 12v motor; so your not going to be drawing any more amps than your current motor. Having said that; my boat was pre-wired with 12g wire which is inadequate for a trolling motor. I wouldn't assume that the stock wiring is adequate. I melted the fuse holder on mine.
