1 oz to 10 ft rule is good. Start with 1 oz rigs and have 1 oz egg sinkers. Want more weight? slip on egg sinker, make a sharp bend behind sinker and then a needle nose jaw width, bend the other direction to set the wire back in place.

Quite a few years ago, A good friend of mine was showing off his new camera to all us guys in 1 of Rob Hyatts rental ice huts on Nippissing. He pulls it out of his camera bag and as he turns, he bumps the frame holding the bunks in place and then this caused his camera to slip out of his hands. That bounced several times before it went "plunk" down the hole it goes. We even saw the splash of the water! Everyone was speachless and I remember buddy saying..."Oh my wife is gonna $#@#$%$ kill me!" On Sunday as we were packing up, we were all chuckling about his mishap and then something caught my attention out of the corner of my eye. I take a second look and low and behold, there it is,,,, buddies brand new camera just a mere inch away from the hole. It didn't go down after all! Nooch, as we all know him by, is very alive and doing well. He has gotten up north only a few times this year as he plays on weather conditions. I usually run into him every other morning or so. Next time I see him, I will show him this thread.

Here's one...you can turn right on a red light provided the intersection is safe to do so. At a 'T' intersection, where there is no right hand turn, can you go straight through once you come to a complete stop and intersection is clear? You are not crossing traffic or lanes and no signs posted saying different. EDIT... it is a double lane intersection and you are in the right lane.

Only if all the seats with seat belts are first occupied.
