Strange you mention that Terry...way back in early 2002 (I think it was) through someone posting a link to the OFC site on the original Fishing Lake Simcoe board is how I dicovered this site...I wonder how many of us found our way here via that way... I do understand what you are saying and have noticed some of the other sites now veto posting of sites altogether...so times have changed but I don't think OFC has anything to worry about... OFC is the first site I go to after I've checked the weather and read my mail...then maybe check out a couple of other sites if time permits...

Not consistantly...but it has had its moments when I thought maybe my system had crashed or sumpin'...getting spoiled since moving to high speed with my cable compny...

I have had my SORELS for over 25 years...just purchase new liners every few years...great thick soles for adding hex screws for traction on glare ice...took the screws out and am now using some cleats a friend gave me from where he works...a pair of nylon socks under wool sox keeps my feets happy...

Brian...For my money the most scenic route is via Erie Pa... Get on the I 90 at Buffalo then head south on I 79 at Erie... Problem at that time of year is that travelling through the mountains can get tricky... Get a triptik (?) from CAA if you are a member...they warn you of speed traps and construction and point out places of interest along the routes... Have fun me son...

Hey Meely... I only pay $582 total (incl tax) for Maribeth's 1993 Mercury Sable (no collision) and she gets to drive it all year not just 3 months... We are with Allstate but don't know if they cover ATVs and snowmobiles... Like Gerritt said...Grant McAllister of OFC may be the man to contact...He helped Maureen with her insurance needs...

I'm on the north shore and only the protected areas like marshes and lagoons are frozen over with skim ice...
