  1. Very sad indeed My heartfelt condolences to the entire Linder family. May Chris rest in peace
  2. Dan you are way to modest Great shots I was looking at the little lake at the cliffs this morning awesome work bud. I know that 61 route well, it can be breath taking
  3. Wayne at a concert Good on you I've seen Neil Young on multiple occasions throughout the years and have never been disappointed, he's been one of my favorites. Don't know what the cost of going to live shows like that is anymore but the last time I checked I could do a fishing trip which is more important to me now. I did want to go see his three buds last August at a local small venue, price was reasonable but I had planned a trip to Lakair while they were here so I had to pass.
  4. Hogwash Dawg In my opinion it was Forrest and your skepticism/negative comments even before the pic appeared that started the downhill slide. I'm not a musky guy I'm a fishermen and I found it disturbing what went on with the original thread yesterday. I'll leave it go at that. Peace
  5. Terry I think the man deserves your handiwork
  6. Goran where was it shipped from? I have had trouble in the past with things getting through customs. I ordered a part for my boat one time and paid extra to have it overnighted and waited two days for it.
  7. Awesome fish, a true tanker. Congrats to the angler
  8. Well done, looks like you had fun this year
  9. Nice Erie eyes! The wheel maybe or King George' Most of our fish this year came from just south of there.
  10. Good to see the good guys win for a change Didn't realize that this was a problem here, at least none here queenes about it. As far as speed control efforts the State of Ohio has got to be the worst along the I75 corridor from north to south, if you go with the flow you won't have a problem but if one feels the need to go 20MPH faster than everyone else might as well get out the check book
  11. Good report Lew, couple nice fish your posing with and the other guy had his best year for big fish I was glad to at least stand on the sidelines for a couple of your ventures this year and looking forward to a repeat next year. Cheers
  12. Well done Glen Roy he may have tried to spell OFC but got cornfused
  13. I'm kinda of glad cross border shopping/visiting doesn't bother me nor should it you. I've never met any body in business north of the border refuse to take my money nor do I mind giving it to them if it's something I want.
  14. LOL Maureen, what about dawgs home brew and dancing with the chairs I'm sorry but that was funny......I call it stupid in a bottle
  15. Glad you cleared that up chickenhawk, my first comment I said I got excited over catching any fish, it's what I love to do. If you are a guide and you take people fishing and they are happy, you've done your job, I would be happy with that. To Urban no arguement here I just stated the facts and you twisted it, SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK!
  16. No pro here or with "Dude" just two people that love to fish and visit your great country period. I quess my point was if your going to put up someone in a quote you may want to know what or who you are taking about, It would be like myself trying to give Lew pointers on catching muskies, Solopaddler on catching steelheads, DanC on catching brookies and so on. Cheers
  17. Urban no disrespect intended but your preaching to the choir to "Dude" He has probably caught more pike over "34" than most have caught any fish combined. Cheers
  18. I'm an American...guess that why I get excited about every fish I catch.
  19. Your welcome! Nah I don't hunt ...I'm dangerous enough with a fishing pole
  20. Just an obsevation here Leechman, most people here don't ever bother thanking anyone for a positive comment and you have thanked everyone that has commented. Well Done! Congrats on your trophy rack!
  21. You may want to pm Moosbunk and see if he will share some info on big pike through the ice. I can't comment on piking through the ice but I did witness first hand last season on ice out pike. I had often read on how exceptional pike fishing can be at that time of year and I was very impressed with both numbers and size. The group I was with was on Little Vermillion which fishindevil pointed out and none of us went home disappointed. DanC is also correct about NWO, in many places up there the pike just aren't targeted. Good luck in your search
  22. Well Wayne you may not have caught any fish but it sure beat what I was doing yesterday, and yes I'm whining I know there pics in your report but I don't even see red x's Edit I see the pics now
  23. Real nice fish
  24. I hear ya Brian, I've been house broke for years but my son refuses to learn, but do ya think she would say something to him.....NOT
