Wayne, I would say that I would rent it no problem for a guys trip. But, when you get into couples trips for a week or more I would say that unless you are renting way cheaper than a cottage, not many wives/girlfriends would go for it. Just my opinion but I know that the wives I go away with enjoy the cottage we rent because it is so much like a home.... Sherriff

Is there anywhere in the Hamilton Area that I can take my kids to show them the salmon run? I have been to Caledonia (dam)in recent years but thought another location may be nice this year.... Hopefully the locations are off limits to anglers as well...Would be nice to take pics without anyone snagging salmon... Thanks Sherriff

I would think it would stay clipped but may kink the lead core and may release too easily or not at all . You can splice in some mono or braid every few colours in your 10 colour core setup for attaching the clip for the planner board, or just use a smaller core. Eg 5 colour, 3 or 2 spooled up... I have used a 5 colour with the boards no problems... Sherriff

Hey BBR, was a tough day as well. Kinda knew this would happen. I have been killing the bass the last two weeks and shoulda known that they would have lockjaw during the tourney. I think I saw you guys over by Lasalle but did not see you guys at the BBQ. My buddy managed one first thing in the morning and that was our only bass of the day. We moved around and I nailed a decent channel cat in Lasalle but that was it. My brother and his crew also got on right away but a few pounds shy of the prize. Winning fish was 4lb 46 oz I believe..... Lotsa pro's out there and many had nothing so getting one or two fish was not too bad. Bill Bait and Tackle ran a fine tourney. Thanks guys..... BBR, don't give up on the bay. Some quality fishing when you get out there at the right time..... Saw some amazing boats too. The most impressive rig was the Lund Pro V with the 250 and and Hummer pulling it. Sweet.......I need a better job.... Sherriff
