Yep...we were late in watching it early, so we missed some of it...recorded the 1am show so we could see the entire thing. So...what time is the draw??

The show was just as good the second time around. This is one show I will watch...it makes fishing real. Dave's laugh is priceless and you can really tell he's having a great time. I do on occasion watch other fishing shows, but I'll never fish in exotic locations for exotic fish. I can at least use some of the tips for the species I'm used to targeting. Great job Dave! Look forward to more episodes!

Bly and I tried one of our fav shore spots last night. I scouted it late afternoon and it was fine. By the time we got there at 8pm a skim had formed and an hour later it was unfishable. I did have a nice tussle with a big chunk of ice. My lure came off after about 5 minutes. Too bad...it would have been a PB for me...LOL.

Who in their right mind camps in the winter?? LOL. I'll watch this thread...this is something bly and I have been interested in doing as well...

Orrr.....after the first day I'd collapse from exhaustion and when I woke up to you holding the paddle and saying let's go, I'd run screaming from you saying you are a sadistic man who enjoys this kind of torture. Best of luck with your diet!!!

Very sorry to hear about your loss Gary, but I think she's in a much better place now. That picture is a GREAT one...one that truly shows her love of life.

I couldn't find the section where it talks about the benefits to areas that depend on fishing/tourism for survial. Or the area that tells about the how good it is for people to be getting off their couches and doing something outside. There must be section in there as well about how relaxing fishing can be, reducing stress, which is the one of the top factors for lost productivity in the workforce. I'll have to go back and read more carefully...it must be in there.
