  1. "mostly from planes coming from the US"... how do you know where they are coming from? Mummm's the word, nobody will say how, who is paying for it or where they come from... but I have some good intel and suspicions. I watch it almost daily but aways at least weekly..... at one point 6 aircraft lined up in a half mile grid turning on and turning off the spray and then they all came around and checkerboarded it. Commercial flights don't fly that way...
  2. Chains are to be at just enough secured length so that when the coupler lets go the tongue gets cradled on the chains for a non event. Is also why you're supposed to cross the chains underneath. Now that said... if my hitch ever pops at 100kph, my chains had better break !
  3. Probably Barium... the best kept secret, for the past decade or more, that most don't want to believe is going on and hundreds if not thousands have kept their mouths shut about to stay employed. BTW.. it's taken me over 10 years just to gather 5 pictures inside some aircraft.
  4. Well as soon as we stop flying these around puking stuff into the skies, in most UN countries, to "control" the weather... we might have less lung and asthma health issues and more stable weather than we've seen in the past 10 years.
  5. Like Dara.. "opener" might be with an auger this May ! I had to drill side holes for auger handle clearance last Monday night... to break through to get water at my dock!
  6. 'yotes looking for a meal... they are healthy Joe so no worries there, but someone's pet is gonna disappear in the night! Not a big deal to me with them walking through the yard every day, but as Cliff points out they're in the wrong place in your yard... now fix the hole in the fence! lol
  7. Always sucks losing stuff, the good part is you get to buy some new stuff.. ... All my gear, fish finder, rod bag, tackle trays have a name and phone numbers on them.. cell, home, camp. That may at least make them feel a tad guilty if they were thinking of keeping the stuff and might get me a call to pick something up I left behind. Lloyd wishes he had of done the same when he lost his rod bag full of high quality rods and reels a couple of years ago at Jacksons Point.
  8. I drank lots of the stuff last week as well Ryan... but only because Leah won't drink Boddington's!
  9. Keep stuffing the cookie jar and buy when it's got enough in it...
  10. Oh.. 18th floor.. then I'll let you take the elevator to 6 first! We hung out on 11 and 12 !
  11. What a way to celebrate "your teams" performance last night! lol Great stuff Matt!
  12. Great stuff.. well other than the choice of beer!!
  13. Stairs at PMH vs the elevator lfw !! 4 years "hanging out" at Sinai doing so and a switch to diet vs regular Pepsi kicked 36 lbs off of me!
  14. Nope... but I did fly over it in both directions!
  15. Sun soaked areas are open in a VERY few places... everything from here to Ottawa is locked shut. Landed on and fished on 28" of ice today in the highlands.
  16. It's winter when I need it.. damn near killed myself yesterday pulling her back in. Thought.. wonder who has an old rototiller that I could make a tailwheel puller out of...
  17. I prefer an arrow INTO the wind! lol
  18. Hey Terry... what did you do with the "yoda" puller??? I could use that to pull my airplane back into the hangar!!
  19. I might have to drop in... we'll see if I'm back from up North pending what the weather decides to do.
  20. LOL Terry... I was gonna say something of the sorts, no trolling for mates this year I guess.
  21. Fairly normal Terrance... Remember Lloyd and I ice fishing Lake Temagami in March of 2009 and being dive bombed by a nesting pair of gulls protecting their "rock"... 38" of ice !
  22. Can't believe the whine that you didn't get as forecast... come shovel my 20+ cm of wet mashed potatoes! Here's a road shot outside my gate this morning..
  23. Nice fish!!! .. I was busy tying a knot Bri..
